Yes you are right , it will be a suspicious to them to see Dental Center .. but regarding the Xrays mentioned in my Job duties , it was not just on teeth , I used to take Xrays for the Head and neck region for detection of any tumors .. for example thats part of my job duties :

- Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners and panoramic imaging to identify and interpret jaw fractures and tumors.
- Operate cone beam computed tomography for diagnosing a variety of cancers and determine the size of tumors, evaluation of the jaws and face, diagnosis of trauma, cleft palate assessment, implant planning, endodontic (root canal) diagnosis, and visualization of abnormal teeth.
- Work with specialist physicians and dental staff to quickly process patients and provide x-ray results.

will this make any difference in your opinion ?

Neck and Head does sound good here, but honestly, they still sound like been done 'for dental health'.

You can give it a try. Does the clinic's name explicitly says XYZ Dental Clinic, or your work experience certificate could be generated under ABC X-Ray Lab, or something.

Guys, if the company refuses to give me a reference letter with my job duties... what should I do? How am I supposed to prove my duties against a specific NOC without that?

Quoting an old post by ashif

Job duties and responsibilities is the most important for ur application.....

U can check below post and relevant info from below:

if ur employer is not providing on letterhead please check :

"Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case."

Accumulated Suggestion :

"1) Please descibe the reference letter with your NOC on a white A4 paper and get it acknowledged by your supervisor.
2) Take a copy of photo I'd (company tag photo id) of your supervisor of your company...get it signed by him on it and do attestation
3) Get a service letter from your employee stating you have worked from so and so time with your designation
4) provide an affidavit supporting why you are not able to provide the reference letter in company letter head and attach the service letter provided along with this
5) Submit appointment letter (if exists)
6) Submit Payslip (if exists)
7) Business card of applicant (if exists)

Hi,

As long as you were paid for your work, you are fine. Just support your application with payment transfer info (similar to salary stubs).

Freelancer work
Hi friends..please solve this predicament..
I have worked for a firm for 2 months as a software engineer..it was more like a freelancing..they needed some security feature programming for their website and i did it for them and they paid me the salary also. They have given me the work experience certificate and also has mentioned my roles, my salary. The firm is related to educational coaching. Will this work experience be counted a valid. After that i worked for 23 months full time in a company as Software engineer.
Please give your precious views ?

Hi,

As long as you can justify your actions, it should be fine. Although those funds are meant as settlement funds, but a person can have real emergency and need to use them. Emergency first, PR second.

So, don't worry. CIC will not be that naive to negatively impact your case, as long as you are able to maintain the stipulated requirements (like refilling the account in this case).

All the best

Thank you!

Don't feel low. Everything has a solution.

Try not to put the freelance word, as it indicates something not just part-time, but voluntary. Although not that bad. Just a suggestion. But yes, your hours of working with them must be 1560 hours per year.

Giving salary stubs is a supporting, not mandatory document. If possible, ask them to give at least one salary through proper documented payment. Even if not, salary mention in the letter is good enough. They might ask for more details later, like asking for originals. But you will have time to gather things until then I believe.

Hi,

In Additional Family information form -

When I am filling out the form as principal applicant in Sec A - do i only need to mention the address and email for myself? or form my parents and wife as well ( Although its the same). Problem being that the email id section is only there in front of the spouse section?

Also, further on it asks for email id of your kids, but not your siblings!!

Kindly suggest the correct way

That's just crappy form making.

Just put your address and email in front of your entry. And write 'same as above' in the rest (if it is same of course).

Same goes for everywhere else. In any such columns, write Address and Email (if available).
