i am New here .

I need a suggestion if i have done right , i forgot to add the copies of my educational credentials but submitted the original ECA .So ,i have sent the copies along with the covering letter to CIC , copies also reached CIC within the week , will they include the copies ???

Also, i would like to know if there are minor mistake in filling the forms ?? which can be ignorable of understandable , what normally CIC do ? return the file or ask for clarifications via email if all the mandatory requirements are fulfilled?

Originals of ECA has to be submitted not copies. For the minor mistakes i think CIC won't take it negatively to your application if it is considerably minor.

Let me clarify

I have to tal 6 yrs exp in 4 different company.

I am applying for 2173.

My latest four designation is:
Support Engineer 3yrs :2173
Consultant 6 months : 2173
Operations Engineer 1 yrs+ : 2173
O&M Engineer 2yrs: 2171

Do Do i need to select occupation from the above list for question 12 a) in economic class form ?

Or the occupation from 2173 occupation list?

A QUICK LOOK INTO FSW APPLICATION PROCESSING

An application goes through five stages before issuing permanent residence visa under FSWP.

1. Initial assessment of application (Done by CIC)
2. Electronic record download and documentation waiting period (Visa Office)
3. Final Determination of Eligibility for processing
4. Selection
5. Final Decision

What is happening at CIC?

A. Completeness checking
B. Cost recovery (collecting fees and issuing refunds)
C. File creation (data entry)
D. Initial eligibility determination under the Ministerial Instructions
E. The last task comprised an examination of the application documents at face value; if the case appeared to meet the criteria it would go forward to the mission

After the processing at CIC Nova scotia your application will be forwarded to the local visa office. There are four decision points at the local visa office. In case the application fail to satisfy any of the requirement at any of these stages will be returned to the applicant.

Four Decision Points at Visa Office

A. Eligibility assessment to determine if applicant meets MI criteria, and under MI2 this is done at the CIO;
B. Selection — missions do this under MI1 and MI2 and it consists of reviewing documents and assessing points (note that the CIO does some negative selection decisions under MI2, that is, weeding out applicants who are not going to meet the points, but the missions do all positive and some negative selection decisions);
C. Admissibility — criminality and health check done by missions;
D. Visa issuance done by missions.

In the initial assessment stage (stage A) on your workflow chart, there is this sentence: 120 days BF'd (it's in the lower box after the met stage).

Do you know what that sentence means?

According to the FSW2014 GLOBAL SPREAD SHEAT 2 members already received medicals. They send their applications on 30.4 and 1.5

How is it possible ?

And what about the 7th May? They started giving PER. We didn't charged yet.

I think he means he forgot to send the copies of all the degree certificates, transcripts etc, that we are supposed to send with the application.

1. Just fill your current and intended occupation.

2. Attach extra sheet. Do cross reference your sheet with the page whose information it is going to carry.

3. No, fill it. Same as above point 2.

4. No problem with stating the truth.

Just one more thing...when I am providing detailed Job Responsibility sheet on company letter head then i don't need to provide the same info on a separate sheet. Right? This is pertaining to my question 3 above

I am in same boat. I had completed my 35 years in April 2014.I think we will get 12 points.
