Usually every company will have a Verification Dept and CIC will call only those numbers and they will call just clarify about when did u join and name and are still working with them or not, they will not ask regarding your Job profile as what you do and others and also company is not supposed to disclose those details at any cost for any external people.

yes salim..its their will to do verification or not.

some got call or some got call for their managers/whoever signed the roles letter

Never said I was paranoid or concerned about it, just trying to understand their usual procedure. Now that you have mentioned third party verification, I remember in immigration case of my friend's colleague (although it was sponsorship case and not FSW), the verification was done by some retired army officials hired by a private company.

this is completely secret process and nobody can exactly knows about it .
we always try to project the process by previous experience of seniors.
let's make this simple and sweet. do as asked by cic and wait for cc..dd charge.

Here it is mentioned at the top that COMPLETE ALL NAMES IN ENGLISH AND IN YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE
Where names in native language should be typed or printed ?
Please help

This is what I did... :
When you hit enter key after your name in the box, you will have a second line to hand write your name in your native language.. If that is not sufficient, you can print the blank form or use a blank sheet to complete the names. Don't forget to mention the form name, applicants name and question number.

Hi,

They may ask for bank statements at a later stage. If you have borrowed this will show up on the statement.

Also another way of checking could be how aligned are your bank savings with your salary

1. from the time you submitted your documents to CIC and the date of the initial bank certificate up to when VO requires for the proof - if so, what is the time frame for this?
2. or this can be at least 1/3/6 months bank statement prior to VO requesting for the proof?

CIC can ask for last 6 months or only last month bank statements.
one of my frnds was asked to submit only last month stmts. and it's random..perhaps depends your profile, application, noc or luck or may be on officer.

Depends on the officer /Visa office requesting further information.

It can be anywhere between 1-6 months prior to the date the application was received at the CIO or after the documents were submitted.

Summary: Absolutely depends on them!!

So basically, I assume that the money should stay in the bank account until VO requests for an updated bank statement.

My application for NOC 2131 was reached on 19.06.2014.
Last year my application was returned due to CAP limit with UCI number.
But I didnot mention that UCI number in the dispatched application for FSW 2014.

Will it be OK?? Because I read in CIC website that, if you dont remember the UCI number that is alright like that..

Any how dispatched the application, now can't do any thing. Even I read in other posts that its OK.

You should be fine. They will find your UCI number anyways.

don't hide any information from cic ppl or else it can be suicidal for the applicant

I think then I am already dead...because i did not mention mu UCI number from my previous year file which was returned due to capping. and the story behind this is that last year I applied through a consultant and they have retained my original application forms in which UCI number was written and moreover they did not give any info about this....AM I DEAD NOW....WILL MY FILE BE REJECTED ? PLEASE HELP.... because its fault from my consultant side....they did not give me complete info

hye....did u send them the correspondence letter that u received from them....coz i did not....my file came back due to cap last year...n my consultant retained my original forms without givin me any info about it....will my file b rejected coz neither i mention my UCI number nor i sent dem d copy of previous correspondence....please help....m dying in anxiety

Hi Forum members,

I am filling out my application package and need the expert opinion..As of yet these are the quetions where i am facing issues...


1. What do I fill in "Current and Intended Occupation"

2. " there is Less space in ocupation box..how do we complete this" as my NOC is 1123 and it itself is very long to be fillied in this box !!
3. Less space in the main duties box - Should i leave it blank as i am attaching reference letters or mention " attached overleaf or something?
4. I am showing a Gap in employment - can I mention unemployed? will this have any negative implications

Request you all to please help...although i might bother you again with some more queries
