I have recived my Germany PCC. As obvious, it is in German language.

Do I need to translate same in English.

If yes, please suggest the contact points like organisation in India.

Yes you have to do it for sure. Any thing that's not in English or French has to be translated and Notarized.

Notary public in India can do that

Validity of PCC is usually 1 year from the date of issue....others please comment.

Its just 3 months in my place

Its actually 3 years exactly.
You should also know that experience of 2 years and 3 years gives you same points of 11.
No worries then.

I am confused what duration to select for current one.

Just want to reconfirm, did u send ur Job duties only on plane A4 paper...??

No other Job duties or other employment experience was included which was on the company letter head job duties...??

If u have included then please confirm that also....

yes plain A4 paper with company logo on it, it includes job duties, salary, working schedule.
one more clarification the call manager got is not from CIC, (cpp means credit card processor) so no calls from CIC
