Hey Friends , posting this same query third time. Havent seen any response. Please advise.....

My application reached on 7th May under NOC 2281. MY DD has not been encashed yet. I am expecting to receive the PER by mid of July (please correct me if i am too optimist). In how much time can i expect the Medical date and what is the procidure for medical ?

Actually i am currently out of country for 3 months. I am afraid it do not complicate the things.

Please advise.

Thanks

I think once you receive AOR, after that 3-5 months time you will get medical request from CHC and to complete that you have window for 60 days.

My Friends,

Do you think there is any chance for the 1and2 May applicants who's their CC/DD not charged yet? :-[ :-[ :-[

I checked with my bank and they confirmed my DD is not charged yet.

I assume that my application is rejected as CIO started reviewing and charging the applicants of the later dates.

Feeling terribly disappointed as I don't know what might be the mistake with my application. I checked my application so many times before sending.

Now I am waiting receiving back my application which would take 6 weeks and I don't know if I can send again and catch the cap or not.

Good Luck dear all.

I think I have nothing more to do with the forum. See you soon. :) :)
Sad to hear that man....Hope you get good news....whats your noc?

Why are you loosing the battle soooo soon?
I applied three(3) times before I got my PERS!....funny enough,I did'nt get my 1st and 2nd packages back before applying for the third time.
If you are convinced it has been returned back to you....why don't you take a bold step and send another application?
The only cost implication for you is to get your original IELTS and ECA....after that you can send it.
You have gone too far to give up at this stage....its disappointing but you need to forge ahead.
Don't give up!

I believe you will be fine.
There is every assurance of (60%) that you will not get medical request within the next 90 days of your stay outside your country.
Also, you can do your medical request at any CIC accredited medical facility in the country you are and send the result to your visa office.
Your 3 months stay should not complicate things under normal circumstance.
Cheers.

Hello Friends,

One of my friends is applying under NOC1111. I have a query with respect to PCC. He has lived in USA for over 1 year in the last 10 years; to be more precise during 2008 & 2009. Does he require a PCC from USA as well??

Yes brother.:)

CIC tells:

"These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18."

I want to believe such request won't be made before his 3 months expired.
We may have to relate to some NDVO applicants who were faced with similar scenarion in FSW2013 to get a clarity of this response.
Cheers.

Brother,

No - I dont have Canadian Degree. Have you obtained an ECA report from a designated organization (Does that mean WES report)?

For the NO option u will have to submit ECA report (WES or other org.)....

Thanks Ashif_ee for prompt response.
Sorry to keep bothering you but i have one more question regarding to Question 12 (Your work experience)

Do we need to mention all occupation that we performed in last 10 years? I am asking because my primary NOC will be different then previous one.

Also,There is no enough space in Question 12 b) Main duties.

So, do we need to continue in separate sheet or we must need to fill within that area only?

Brother,

U will need to show on 12 (b) all occupation that we performed in last 10 years for all NOCs...

U can add separate sheet...But u can also write it in short form.... :)

:( Since he now lives in India; What would be the process to get a PCC from USA??
Does he need to travel there? Does anyone in this forum has a similar issue??

Thanks for the information!!
