JUST CAME TO KNOW FROM BANK,MY DD WAS CASHED ON 17TH JUNE.
I AM MAY 6TH APPLICANT UNDER 2174
DEAR ADMIN,Kindly UPDATE THE SHEET

I guess my DD was encashed around the same time... My app also reached on the 6th of May. Did you get PER already or check your status in ECAS?

Do we have to have 67 points when we file for application ? I have 65 points and I filed for FSW.

My spouse is US born citizen and I have written a letter saying that we didn't give the IELTS because spouse is born citizen. If my spouse gives IELTS, we will have 70 points. But we sent the FSW file on 14th May and they received it on 20th May. We also mention that if we will have to give it, we will give it as soon as they will tell us.

Will it affect the file ? Will they return my file ?

I am confused now. what do you say?

hi guys

I need your help in filling out additional family information form

I am the main applicant and my wife is filling this form. now question is what shud she write applicant name? shud she write her name in applicant name or spouse name please guide.
thanks
For the "additional family information form" you will fill one for yourself and your wife will fill one for herself.
In you own IMM 5406 form, you are the applicant, your wife is the spouse, your wife email will be filled, your children(if any) are the same, your parents names are listed, your siblings are listed and YOU WILL SIGN IT.
In you wife's IMM 5406 form, she is the applicant, you are the spouse, your email will be filled, your children(if any) are the same, your wife's parents names are listed, your wife's siblings are listed and YOUR WIFE WILL SIGN IT.
Cheers.

Many Congrats nehagi :)

The link you have posted refers to rules as the times of 2008 FSWP which no longer stands correct. Refer the below for latest rules:

to claim points you must submit your test report with the file

@ ami,

Sorry to say, CIC doesn't work on commitments/ comprises etc under any circumstances.

If you want to claim 5 points for Adaptability (Spouse) you must provide his IELTS.. the sooner the better :)

Good luck !

Hello everyone!

I think I got some good news! I just randomly checked on ECAS with my UCI from last year and it said the following:

"We received your application for permanent residence on May 6, 2014."

What does this mean? After so many days of seeing "We were unable to recognize you.." this seems like a huge relief!
Congrats.
Your PERS is on the way...soonest!
Cheers.

Dear Experts,

The latest Generic Form [July 2014] is available on the CIC's website; so if I am to apply in June, 2014, should I have to chose July 2014 Form or the previous one [March 2014]?

Regards,

Raza
Its printable now....endeavour to use it.
Cheers.
