Re: Barcode Pages of Generic form on TOP and affidavit for PCC..??

Urgently Seeking guidance on below:

1) Please let me know whether to put the pages with the Barcodes to be put on
top after the documents checklist or as per the sequence..??

2) Also please provide the format stating the Police Clearance Certificate shall be
provided upon request..??

Out NID is mix of both English and Bangla ,so does it require any translation?

No , I don't think it requires any translation. I submitted only photocopy of the original NID and it worked well for me .

However as all of us know that CIC is taking only for Skilled Workers to increase their Ecomony and i am sure that we should not have any problems for Jobs, Hopefully all of our waiting and struggling days will get over sooner.

This is one fight to get Visa for Canada ...but do what once lands over there... once finish with all your savings...as most of us are family person ...so some thing stable must be in hands to survive on...another important factors is freezing temperature most of the time throughout the year...ICE ICE ICE every where....so yes..Canada is attractive but consideration also requires for these factors too ..

I sent my application through express mail (saudi mail) but the address in Canada to regular mail
After 2 weeks I noticed Canada put 2 address one for regular mail and other for courier

My questions
1- EMS. Consider regular or courier ?
2- what's your recommendation for me now ?

1) If your EMS is trackable with number and needs signature on delivery then courier address is required.
2) Since you have already sent your application, there is nothings wrong. Just stay calm your application will end up reaching right hands.

Guys - Don't get me wrong here. I don't mean to demotivate anyone, as I am myself very keen and motivated to get through the process. But, I just wanted to share my thoughts here, that we got to look at the larger picture, and all this works in our favor if we eventually have a good job (sooner than later) to sustain our families and pay the bills.

The entire pre landing cost is close to roughly 10 k $ for family (2+1). Then another 15 k $ minimum to survive and settle down after you land there. You got to have a job sooner than later, as you cant go on feeding your survival from your savings, particularly when you have a decent paying job already in your home country.

I am sure, like I am thinking, most people who get far in the process, would try and find jobs being in their home country, so that their monthly paychecks don't stop.

Guys - All the best to all. Those who have got through the initial decision making steps, and are close to taking their flight, should consider seeking jobs from their home country, through networking and job portals.

I need your help in filling out additional family information form

I am the main applicant and my wife is filling this form. now question is what shud she write applicant name? shud she write her name in applicant name or spouse name please guide.

Q. How should I fill Additional Family Information form for my Spouse? Is it required?

A. Absolutely! It is a required document and your spouse should fill it. The form asks for “Applicant” and not “Principal Applicant“. Take care of it when filling the form. You, as a Principal applicant will write your name in “Applicant” Column and you will write your wife/husbands name in “Spouse” column.

Similarly, when your spouse is filling the form, he/she will write his/her name in the “Applicant” row & your name in the “Spouse“.

For both forms, you will write your kids details [if any], or will sign the declaration at the bottom of second section for no kids.

The last table will be filled separately by the two of you with your own siblings.

EMS is not regular mail , it is like DHL & FEDEX but might be little bit slower. Also, u can truck it via web site... don't worry brother

DD is the safest mode of payment , and you did the right thing.

May be a little bit delay in getting the PER , but still you have the extra peace of mind.

Be hopeful. You will get it very soon.

I am surprised to see your response on point-8. Does it mean that i can not put my brother's name as my representative..?

I am in Malaysia and he is in India and he may need to send some documents on my behalf later on.. further, my stay in malaysia is temperory.. may be upto sept.. What you mean by "registered" representative..?

Maybe I over-emphasized it with my own personal opinion which I'm disposed to.
Whichever way you see it.....but I'll prefer that you use this form for a registered representative.if you are using a family member,I will not prefer you to use it so that you can have a first hand communication with CIC.
Remember,CIC will only relate with your representative correspondences source which I believe can be managed if its a family member.
Your brother can easily do so many things with you or send documents for you on your behalf with the agreement and constant communication between both of you.
Unless if you find it hard to manage your application,I'll prefer you stay in control of it even with your brother involved.
Its just my opinion and not a LAW.
