As per the latest trends...2174 is more hotter than 2173.
Its worth taking the risk...if u can apply by July end then please do so. I think there are chances it will remain open
Hope make it into the cap.

If I apply for NOC 2173 by July end ..Would it be too late seeing the current trends ?

It depends upon the visa office. Some VO are faster than others. Albeit, it ranges from 8 months-12 months.

Hi Gugulati:

2173 is relatively hot NOC. It is very hard to predict three months ahead when we have cap update only for may be till 2nd May. No one can assure you what will happened. Last year it took more than 2 month to fill 3rd hottest NOC (2147). Assuming it is 3rd Hottest NOC and cap is 1000, keeping the last year trend same, you will be safe.

What I suggest, keep yourself prepared, specially items like IELTS, ECA, etc. And keep an eye on cap update of CIC and corresponding effect on our spreadsheet.

Best of luck.

Dear,

how to get the UCI without getting PER ?
He must have gotten his UCI before now since he may have applied last year or have other forms of correspondence with Canadian immigration department.
Cheers.

Thanks Kollins :)

i noticed on spreadsheets...person who is on top of the list....1 may 2014 he got his file recieved.....and now in june he got medical.......isnt it too fast.......

or may be VO counters are not that busy these days due to less no. of applications.

It depends on the visa office handling your application.
Please the link below for what CIC specified...
