Can value of your house be provided as part of the funds? What solid assets , if any can be provided?

I believe this must have been discussed before but difficult to get through the forum and find it

Any time period by which they will complete all 7 may applicants.

What to do now I m confused, Was sending my app yesterday
I called CIC they have given me London visa office number when i called London VO they told that get back to CIC since we do not deal with these technical issues, we only process applications.

Seniors plz advise me I am worried as Generic Form is the most important form I dont want to take risk

Thank you for your piece of mind, but I want to apply under FSW not CEC, and I worked as self employee I have my tax identification number. I have F2 visa it's student dependent and since there is a cap for h1b work visas I wasn't able to obtain one unfortunately...
Before I pay the fee to CIC, I really have to know if I have any chances for approval

bro I can understand your situation, I have couple of ways for you if it holds good for your case.
1) Is the employer and address listed in your OPT/CPT from college .
2) You say you had worked on a cash basis, but you also contradict saying working as a self employee with a tax identification number.
I think you must have paid the state and federal taxes and would have filed the return this year.

If you have these documents in place I do not see problem of applying as you have a experience letter from the client.
IF the above 2 do not imply to your case, I would not send any work related documents to Canada (P.S: You are on F2 visa and hope you understand the criticality of the work permits and other disclosures , This is an open forum )

People from May 7 are not done yet for CC charge. I dont think May 7 candidates got PER.

but they hang up as soon as he answered and say the company name.
my card charged on 6/11/14. Is this normal? I did not received PER yet

I did a mistake that I wrote (visa office) (Kuwait)country iam applying from and it should be (London).

will they reject my file for this mistake ?any cases of rejection happened with any one before?

fyi - new directive - not always lvo will process it - its work load and accordingly files may even be sent to other offices

Congratulations! My app reached on 6th of May as well, at 10.02 am.. and I paid by DD but my bank is not being able to track it unfortunately

How did you find out about your DD encashment?

Dun worry jus visit u r branch from where u got this DD made & tell the branch manager to track the same.
They will ask u basic details like d bank account statement from which u got this dd made, date and copy of u r DD. ...
They take 24 hrs, but will let u know the status for the same.

Which bank issued u r DD..??
