I would be in same boat , if i decides to go abroad before the finalisation of my Canada case, and according to me , in this case we can come back to India and stay here for few weeks , stamping won't take long time (2-3 weeks) , as per my knowledge.

WRONG brother,

As per last yr, NDVO has sent Medical +Passport request simultaneously to max applicant ...So it requires an avg of 3-4 months over- To get stamped PP back to the applicants.

Brother, not 2-3 weeks!

I understand what you're trying to say in regards to dealing with unforeseen requirements during that period but we will have to weigh probabilities here. I think I came across this post where the NDVO didn't comeback with a response for 10 days regarding the transfer of the stamping procedure to one's resident country. So there is that as well :-[

So what happen after 10 days , did they allow person to transfer stamping to resident country ?

Ashif I am checking last year threads for FWP 2013 , let connect here ...and unable to find timeline as mentioned by you (3-4 months)

I hope 4 months will be time for the opening of cases and requesting for Medicals once file actually reached to NDVO

This is true that NDVO usually ask for PCC (if not submitted) + Med + Passport together ...but this is amazing that (3-4) months for stamping after submission of all above ...what my belief is they ask you for these once background checks completes which takes most of time ....

Hello everyone,

Please, am intending to send out my FSW application by end of this June.
Is it late? Can I still be considered? Does anyone know?

And the application fees, am I paying for myself the principle applicant and my wife also?($550+$550),
or just for me the principle applicant($550).
You need to send for both of you...$1,100.
Cheers.

For reference letter

1. If your supervisor/HR don't want to give you experience letter, try to get it someone senior to you within your department;
2. If point 1 fails, try to get it someone from your colleagues of your department; ensure giving full contact details along with the visiting card.
3. If point 2 fails, try to get it someone/two from you colleagues of your company;ensure giving full contact details along with the visiting card.
4. If point 3 fails, then go for self attested/notarized affidavit;
NB: The lower option you choose, the weaker the documentation.

For all of the above cases, explain in cover letter, why you are not able to get the experience letter from your supervisor/HR. Also ensure providing appointment letter, promotion letter, increment letter, and pay slips.

In 2 and 3 case does letter need to be on Company's letter head?

Im also in same condition. No PER yet. Whats your status under "in process". Is it showing application received on so and so date. Or little more.?

In the explanation metioned bottom of there when we click in the application submitted by fsw through nova scotia,sydney shows that all review completed by them and local visa office, now begun processing. But it is mentioned as above in the underlined area to know your application status. Im cofused. Have you experienced the same.?

I am having the same experience
