if the form is not printable, then CIC wants to enforce that everyone should fill the form handwritten.

Spreadsheet update/entry process

1. please give your input through http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Entry

2. After successful entry into the form, you will be redirected to a page. Please click on the "Edit your response"

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.

I don't know the answer - new applicants are screwed down!!!!

If you have the old form, use it. File cannot be rejected for using old form in the middle of the program. There will be always some form that it will be in transit. If someone send application through normal post, it will take around 1 month. By this time, a from could be changed but CIC cannot reject file due to old form.

Or you can wait for today; because I noticed that at the Guide 7000 also, this unprintable version has been given. Probably, it has been restricted wrongly or uploaded much early.

No I don't completely agree...they first do a completeness check on all documents and forms before charging anything. ...that's the general consensus on how the CIO operate...after the charge the do an eligibility review which probably involves checking to see if the applicant does have the minimum required number of points (amongst other things)

I'm sure they don't want to be issuing refunds to anyone unless absolutely necessary...hence the notion that a CC charge or DD encashment probably means reviewing a PER eventually

Very true. I am with you in this respect.

It is logical enough to charge an applicant once assured that the application is complete and relevant docs are available; traceability of which can be done via document checklist that an applicant sends.

However, if they charge before performing the above, I am sure CIC will waste more time in refunding than processing.

Urgent for help! For the credit card expiry date of the payment form, i have put "6" on the month and "2016" on the year. My expiry date on the card shown "06/16" (June 2016). Will I get reject or the card cannot go thru coz I put "6" on the 2 square box instead of "06" ????

Hi, Need help! How would I know if I have the updated July Generic Application Form? When I tried to download from the site link, the document downloaded still shows IMM 008 (03-2014)E in bottom left portion of the form, is that the updated form?
