I m the main applicant for fswp and my wife is accompanying me. I have marriage certificate with me but my wifes passport and national identity card has fathers name on i, so shud I change her passport and id document to make with my name?

if the form is not printable, then CIC wants to enforce that everyone should fill the form handwritten.

There is absolutely no harm to submit hand written form...until you can write accurate information including combo box options as applicable in form.

Hi, Need help! How would I know if I have the updated July Generic Application Form? When I tried to download from the site link, the document downloaded still shows IMM 008 (03-2014)E in bottom left portion of the form, is that the updated form?

Hi all,

I am really confused. I have sent transcripts from the university with proper sealed envelope but while sending the package I forgot to put self attested photocopies from my side. would that be a problem? what I can do?

There is no need for any self attested photocopies for WES ECA. Nobody asks for it.
You only need to send a clear photocopy copy of your degree apart from the transcripts which your have sent in the envelope from your university.

Hi - My courier reached CIC on 12th June itself, but DHL guys were unable to track the detials also, they coudlnt provide the Loomis tracking reference, after so much effort, i got the tracking reference and came to know that my courier was delivered on 12th June and it was signed by David.

my NOC code is 1111, NOT SURE IF I COULD MAKE IT FOR THIS YEAR, will it be too late. Can you share your views plz?

Urgent for help! For the credit card expiry date of the payment form, i have put "6" on the month and "2016" on the year. My expiry date on the card shown "06/16" (June 2016). Will I get reject or the card cannot go thru coz I put "6" on the 2 square box instead of "06" ????

If you have filled 1 square box with 6 instead of filling both with 0 & 6. You should be fine.

For Funds requirement i am applying for meself+wife+1 kid
i have joint accoount with my father in my home country for their living expenses,

Can we show joint account as funds requirement ?
bank is saying they will not issue certificate only on my name, they will issue on both name :-/

For the photographs, is the 31 ~ 34 mm from Chin to Crown to be included with the hair or excluding the hair (from the forehead). Also do you need to include the visiting card of the photo studio along with the photographs?

The empty form is also not printable. So, how will you fill the form by hand if you dont have any printed fields on paper???

U can show either ur or ur wife's or (ur+ur wife's joint acc)...


these are the only option to show POF.

Thanks! I guess I have the updated form right now, although it shows 03-2014. However, was there any change compared to the old form? I did not notice any or I could not just see it.
