I was a little concerned since somebody applying from US had already received their MR and it is almost impossible to get the FBI clearance within a few days, I was told that there are some FBI channelers which could expedite the whole process.
However I checked with them today and everybody had the same message that
//////////If you are NOT a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident, or if your request is for EMPLOYMENT/LICENSING, you must submit your order directly to FBI//////////////////
Everyone applying for PER is definitely not a citizen or a permeant resident in US and it is illegal to get a FBI clearance from them.

Request all members to not give any misleading informations unless they are confident about it.

My passport have the same problem but my application is through currently in process
So suggestion would be to go with the application with the same passport details and can update the local vo afterwards

The new form mentions 'July 2014'. In my country it's still June

I think that form is applicable on July 1, 2014 since the side caption says 'July 2014'.

I submitted mine early today with the previous form.

I got an ECA report for my wife. She has done a 1 year diploma in HR after her bachelors in arts of 3 years.
The report says the following:

canadian equivalency summary: bachelors 3 years

Credential 1: bachelors Degree (3 years)

Credential 2: completion of a second undergraduate major

So do we claim 21 or 22 points for education?

@A_S relax dude.. The guy who said that he got MR request didnt mention anything about FBI clearance.There could be a case that he was anticipating FSW2014 would open this may and he might have applied for FBI clearance well in advance.

DD takes a little longer to clear than CC, especially if it was drafted in a foreign (i.e. not Canadian) bank. I think you should give it some two more weeks, since applications received on May 7th are still being processed.
