That is the correct one.I have seen many people make the mistake of choosing the first address but because they don't get penalised or their application doesn't get rejected on the basis of that mistake others have taken it to be the correct one.
There are three (3) categories:
1. NOC category 1 - is for those who have this work experience in one of the 50 eligible occupations (The category in which most of the people on this thread belong)
2.Category 2 - You have a valid offer of arranged employment
3.Category 3 - You are an international student who is enrolled in a PhD program in Canada (or who graduated from a Canadian PhD program within the past 12 months) and meet these criteria.
Century said:Mate, your idea is correct. But Guide 7000 clearly specify to write either "NOC Category", or "Offer of Arranged Employment category" or "PhD category".

Or by courier for all categories:
Note: On your envelope, specify the category under which you are applying.

Dear Solomon brother,
Along with Century, I am also quoting three things:
##################################################
"Regular mail:
Applicants applying under Category 1 and Category 2 (NOC Category or Offer of Arranged Employment Category):"
Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category or Arranged Employment Category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
Centralized Intake Office
PO BOX 7500
Sydney, NS
B1P 0A9
Canada
#################################################
"Applicants applying under Category 3 (PhD Category):"
Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
PhD Category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
Centralized Intake Office
PO BOX 8300
Sydney, NS
B1P 0B6
Canada
#####################################################
Or by courier for all categories:
Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category, Offer of Arranged Employment category or PhD category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada
So basically Guide indicates the category type (1,2,3) to assist /choose the right address format.
Not to indicate on the address (as per provided format).
So it should be " NOC CATEGORY" only.
I hope this will also help to clear the confusion....
