Yup. "CIC don't accept SSC marksheet as proof of Birth certificate as mine does not have Date of birth on it." You can find the reason at last column. He re-applied again.

Today I got a notification from WES that they had asked for re-submission of documents ..and the status had been changed from "Review in Progress" to "Waiting for Required Documents".. I don't know what to do now ..I have sent all my transcripts sealed in the university envelop.

Kindly suggest.

Send an email to wes quickly and tell them to review documents again and tell me what is wrong. Meanwhile be ready to send the documents again as you know there is no time at all.
I guess you will be done with eca process by 10 july at maximum !!

We received your application for permanent residence on May 2, 2014.

Congrats that means you application has already been transfered to LVO. This is not PER but you should receive it soon.

Do you mean YOU sent all the document? If so, that would be the problem. The university is supposed to send the official transcript themselves.

No.. this is not true.. you can submit a sealed envelope with attested mark sheets and transcript - at least for Indian degree. This can not be reason for problem.

I think he need to take up the matter strongly with WES..

The uni. will send the transcripts that's fine...have you send the copy of the final degree awarded to you..?

For India the attestations should be from the university registrar office or the exam cell head and not from any person from the college which the person has attended (exception is autonomous colleges)....

But the bar code generate total 10, is it ok ?
