Hi everyone

Some time ago, Spicysank has posted rather useful statistics on number of applications by received date and current status.

I thought, it would be helpful to implement it in the spreadsheet as a chart which is updated automatically:

Just learnt from my consultant that my application was returned back due to my credit card didnt charged. As per cic they tried 3 times I think i am out of the race now...Also for those 1st, 2nd and 5th may applicants whose cc not charged..check with your bank...

All the best to all... will try again...with my wife cc and let see if I can make it to the cap.

I am facing same problem. Sent my application by DHL on 10th Jun. It is showing "Departed Facility in ONTARIO SERVICE AREA - CANADA". May be DHL process become slow after that stage. I even called and got the same response to wait till Monday.

I escalated the issue with DHL and got the response from their Executive Response cell, Canada.
Please be advised of a change in process for the documents going to Citizenship and Immigration Canada in Sydney, NS, postal
code B1P 5Z2

We are now placing all of these documents in a 1 Loomis domestic shipment, which will be tendered to Loomis and delivered as
1 shipment (NET Waybill)

POD will be entered by DHL on the individual international Air Waybill numbers upon confirmation of delivery.’

I hope it will be helpful to all sending their packages through DHL.

You don't need to wait; just inform VO about your new residential address.

Just learnt from my consultant that my application was returned back due to my credit card didnt charged. As per cic they tried 3 times I think i am out of the race now...Also for those 1st, 2nd and 5th may applicants whose cc not charged..check with your bank...

All the best to all... will try again...with my wife cc and let see if I can make it to the cap.

Sorry to know that. Make sure the credit card you use has enough limit for CC. Also, call CC customer care and request them not to block this international transaction because of security concerns. Please add your details in the sheet when you get a chance. Good luck!

I was hoping the CIC would update the cap this week... Cause I applied under the hottest noc 1112... Application filed on 12th May... In case the rush is Too much under this noc.. was planning to get together the doc for my wife to apply under noc 1113 as she is into re insurance brokering... Just need some guidance if I should start with Wes process for my wife...

Congrats that means you application has already been transfered to LVO. This is not PER but you should receive it soon.

I have not receive PER yet but I was given a UCI number last year, checking on Online Services, I got this status, IS IT CONSIDERED PER ??

Hi All,

I just had a small doubt, While declaring funds i have put the amount in assets n did not mention anything in settlement funds..

The proof mentioned are fixed deposits & bank pass book....

Hope leaving settlement funds blank will not create a problem...

Abhishek was able to recall his package since it was not delivered yet, not sure one can recall post delivery though. Why would CIO return once they have accepted it / stamped it already with the incoming date? His file is already locked-in with CIO now.

The error on his part is seemingly very negligible (i.e. quantum of work that needed to be done by him there is very insignificant), but one that will appear a big blunder to CIC.

The only way I see is if additional 'updated' form can get added to his existing package somehow...if he can send the updated form with specific information like full name, date of birth, NOC code applied to etc etc and if CIO were to accept adding this to his package (and ofcourse trashing the earlier incorrect form so he would have to clearly write a cover letter explaining and apologizing for the error and telling what needs to be done now). Something along those lines...just my thought there! I feel terrible having to break such a bad news to you mate!!!

PS - I'd say don't hurry now...check with a few experienced folks here, may be someone knows a previous similar case..and can guide you..wait tomorrow and Monday so most guys will login during these two days and someone might have a brilliant idea of sorts. Best wishes!

Since the package has already delivered.... I guess u have nothing to do except to send a new Form with a cover letter which has already suggested by Oscar and other members...

In the cover letter-make ur apology and also include the below information:

Name+PP Number+ DOB + APP rcvd date.


Similar case has been done on earlier times (FSW13). I cant remember the person right now. Few Visa officers are known a bit about this ques/problem (its a bit confusing ques to the applicants, in an avg). So its totally up to Case officer, what he will do about ur issue...

Now pray and hope for the best...I also wish and hope- that u will be saved...

Really sorry to hear about this news. However, I was wondering whether you did not get any SMS from Citibank regarding denial of CIC charge.

One small analysis and some questions..

I checked "Apps by rcvd. date and status" tab of the spread sheet and observed that max number of applications were made upto 15-May. After that, the number of daily applications are less..

There can be two reasons..
1. initial batch of "ready for war" guys have already applied and now people like me are going forward without much control over time.
2. People are still making application at same rate but they are not aware of this forum and the spread sheet.

Which one of above looks true..?

One more question.. by the time hot NOCs are filled-up, what can be the overall application number..? how much time it took last year to fill-up the total cap..?

Anybody with knowledge of 2013, pls reply with some data and estimate..
