Backround: May 2 applicant with PER.

Accdg to her this seems faster than expected 4 months timeframe.

My documents were accepted finally and status changed to" Evaluation in progress" yesterday. target completion date is 23rd June. So, to all those whose application has been messed by WES by not accepting genuine documents, I would like to suggest that don't give up easily on them. Mail them, call them and complain against them to BBB(Better Business Bureau) to ensure that they face the heat for making false claims about your documents. I got consignment details and confirmation mails from delivery courier and asked WES to explain why they claimed that my envelope was received open when it was not. Following this they accepted my document third time recheck. For some of us, this unprofessional attitude might mean missing the opportunity of a lifetime and WES needs to learn that.

I do not invalidate the authenticity of the person who is claiming to have received the Medical, However I had questions, which I thought of posting in this forum.
CSO70938 has quoted that he had included all the PCC, which would mean it includes Indian PCC and FBI PCC, since he had filed the documents from U.S.A. It normally takes 2-3 weeks at the earliest to get a FBI PCC. USCIS first declared about the FSW 2014 around 22nd April and CSO70938 had sent his file on 29th May as per spreadsheet. Though he might have all the documents, It is impossible to get the FBI clearance within a week unless he knows some top officials. In the scenario if he already has a FBI PCC from last year, as per the CIC, he would need to get a new one for the period from the day FBI had given the earlier PCC.
I might be wrong, but if this is the case then CIC is not emphasizing about the PCC period.

It was just a thought since I am getting my FBI clearance done after getting my PER.

Hi ,

Today I got a notification from WES that they had asked for re-submission of documents ..and the status had been changed from "Review in Progress" to "Waiting for Required Documents".. I don't know what to do now ..I have sent all my transcripts sealed in the university envelop.

Kindly suggest.

Through FBI approved channelers (also mentioed on fbi site), FBI report(PCC) can be obtained in a couple of days. I believe Mr CSE and hopefully we may also share out updated in a frw days. Good luck!

Hii folks.. For settlement funds, is it necessary to give account statement ??
I am planning to give fixed copy xerox, and a account balance statement from bank. That will be fine ?

I have got my bank certificate as a proof of settlement funds, where they have mentioned the balance in INR (Indian Currency), they said that they wont be mentioning it in CAD equivalent. Is it ok, if I produce the bank certificate in INR?? Please guide me how can I go further??

My problem is i have fixed deposits & bank amt as proof of funds...i have mentioned the amount in assets but left settlement funds blank...

Hope this is will not create a problem
