Hello all
I wanted to share one thing with all of you. I have applied in noc 0911. I sent my Gurudwara marriage certificate and notarised affidavit to prove my marriage.
Now a consultant through whom my brother has applied told me that govt issued certificate was required.

I think I have made a blunder out of nothing and lessened my chances

. I was told my file will be surely returned.

Please give me opinions on this.

Also if I have to apply again, please guide me for second copy of ielts score as I have all other documents ready.

Regards...

Please forum members.... Any more opinions.... I'm really stuck...

Guys ! important ...please help me with following query

Dear Forum members...Please advise me.

My current VO is new delhi and If i go out side country for 2 years, how it would impact my Immigration case ?
Should i inform my VO or should i continue with that VO , as and when they will request me for Medicals or PPR , i have to comeback to complete these requests ? or is it possible from foreign land ?
on an average how many days usually are in between PER and PPR by NDVO these days ?

Dear friends,

I am going to apply under NOC 1111 but little bit confused about the content of reference letter. I have constructed a format. Could you please suggest me whether the letter is sufficient or not -

Company Letterhead
Date:

To Whom It May Concern

This is to certify that Mr. xxxxxxxxxxxx is a permanent employee of xxxxxxxxxx Limited and has been working in this xxxxx company since xxxxxxxxxxx as xxxxxxxxxxxxxx [designation].

As [designation] of the company, he is responsible for –

 reconciliation of Inter-bank originating and responding of different transactions,
 preparation of salary sheet and disbursement,
 check expenses & receipt
 posting of general ledger vouchers,
 issuance of FDR and do its encashment /renewal function and works related with FDR,

His present total annual salary is xxx [currency] along with all other benefits as per company rules and his number of works per week is 40 hours.

I wish him every success in life.

Authorized Signature

Format seems ok but I would suggest you to go through the below link again to cross check the duties that you are performing in your current occupation :

Better wait for a couple of more Cap updates from CIO and then you can estimate the time it will take to reach the Cap.
I also feel that you might be late this time. :(

why not consider applying for some other related NOC's like 1111 or 1113 or 1114 or 0111 ?

Thanks for your response Neel. My professional experince are more aligned towards this profession. Any idea when was the last years cap filled for this nOC

Guys if CC or DD was cherged means that the application is under review, right?
Means that you can still get your CC charged but your application can be rejected?

PER means approval, but do they send an email stating rejection of your application?

dbase1981 said:
Yeah, if this is true, looks like they really want to clear the applications for 2014 to give way to the EOI.

If that were true they would be charging CC/DDs faster than they are. :(

Dear Experts,

I also mentioned in other post that I have some confusion raised in Generic form

Some questions like below:

Application details:
Q.7 Have you received your certificate de selection du Quebec? Yes or No. Both are not applicable for me.
Personal details:
Q.3 UCI.
I never applied before. Should I have to keep it as it is or write N/A
Q.11 Date and Place of your last entry to Canada.
Not applicable for me. I never enter to canada. Should I have to keep it as it is or write N/A

Contact Information:
Current Mailing Address:
P.O. Box: I dont have. Should I have to keep it as it is or write N/A
Apt/Unit: Should keep it as it is or write N/A or Mention only floor number
Residential Address:
Fax number: I dont have, Should write 3rd Floor or keep it as it is or write N/A

Hi Buddy,

I understand the nervousness and the anxiety..if they have charged the CC 99.9% chances are you ll get your PER sooner or later.
You mentioned 56 points, i hope there are some other factors which sums up to 67 total points required for this program?

Best wishes.

Hi Ashif_eee,

My application was received on 5 May 1:18 pm. NOC 2174. My CC got charged on 29 May.

But, I have not received the PER as yet. I can see couple of people whose file was received on 5 May and CC charge on 29 May, they got the PER.

I have 10 years of experience (1.5 + 1.5 + 6 + 1). I sent the reference letters for all my companies. All of them are on the company letterhead and it has my duties and responsibilities, duration, designation, full-time (40 hours per week). But, my 2nd company (1.5 years) and 3rd company (6 years) reference letter does not have my salary information. I have the appointment letters for all my companies but I forgot to send them along. The appointment letter have the salary information.

Is this the reason of my PER getting delayed? Because, my reference letters does not have the salary information. So, my reference letter will be regarded as incomplete? Will my application get rejected? Can I do something now? Can I email CIC and send the scanned copy of my appointment letters, experience letters and relieving letters? I have everything with me.

My education + ielts + age = 56 points.

What should I do? I am so tensed. The thought of my application get rejected is killing me. Please help me out.

Thanks.

You do not have to ans all these if it is not applicable to you. Moreover, If color become gray in generic application, this is not applicable for your. So do not bother about it.
