In Form : Schedule 3, Question 12 where we have to list our entire work history, Will I also have to put the roles that I am not claiming points for?

In the guide it clearly states - Note: List only occupations that fall in Skill Type 0, Skill Levels A or B of NOC 2011.

Now I would I like to know, which of my below roles actually fall in these aforementioned Skill Types,

Business Analyst (NOC 2171) --> This is the one I am claiming points for.

Don't think these below ones fall in any NOC and I don't intend to claim points for this anyway so can I ignore putting details about this in this form?
Food Services Supervisor
Bar Staff
Catering Assistant
Project Trainer and Developer
Customer Service Representative

Century or any other senior would appreciate your advise on this please...

Hi,

Which one is better :: because i borrowed it from my parents and may be required to debit and credit in 2-3 months.
Means i will take out money for a week if required and will deposit it again. So which one should i opt ...as per priority :

1)Bank Certification Letter -- is it same , in which bank give letter with current amount in it ?
2)Fixed or Time Deposit Statements -- is it ok if i will make FD for 6 months ?
3)Savings Balance - any how is it not possible because if i show statement, it will show that amount deposited in 1 day .?

You cannot borrow settlement funds. Representing borrowed funds as your own is misrepresentation to CIC.

hey guys..

i am new to this forum. I am thinking of applying for candian FSWP but have few doubts.

kindly help..

I have done B.tech and then MBA and now i am working with Banks for last 4 years. my roles and responisibilities matches exactly with the NOC 1114. Now my question is if i want to apply for it...Will my B.tech cause any problem because it is highly irrelevant. But MBA is highly relevant. Do they look in to the relevancy of qualification and experience like they do in Australia?? or is 1 year min exp suffice??

The relevancy of your degree to your experience is irrelevant except in fields that a certain degree is required to enter, like medicine. You are fine to apply so long as you meet the minimum requirements.

While I really hope the best for the person who did not send the translation affidavit, It is clearly stated that is it required an official translation and the affidavit, I don't think it is a good idea to do self translations that can jeopardize your complete case.

Certainly not a best practice to deviate from instructions. However, if it is not an accredited translator, it does not matter if you get it translated by a friend/any agency. Notarized and/or with translators affidavit should suffice.

Nonetheless, I have personally seen a plain translation work in case of a close relative.

The NOC list is exhaustive. You work experiences have to fall under any NOCs regardless you claim points or not. You can check whether you previous job description falls under the below NOC codes:

Food Services Supervisor: 6311
Bar Staff: 6513
Catering Assistant: 6513/6511
Project Trainer and Developer: 1221
Customer Service Representative: 6314

Thank you Century :) I have added my details in the spreadsheet :)

Hi Guys

I'm having a BSc ( Mathematics ) degree and planning to apply under 0113 ( Purchasing Managers ) as Procurement Manager.

As per one of the consultant, I seems to be not qualified to apply under 0113 as it requires a degree in any of A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or economics.

Experts, pls advise on this

Let your consultant be informed that the Employment Requirement is not considered at all and suggest him spending few hours to go through the FSW2014 thread everyday for six month before starting consultancy. :P :P :P

Just for your reference, OP6c guideline clearly states that "Note: The “Employment Requirements” listed in the NOC description for each occupation are not applicable.". Page 12
