It ill be better if u could take it with CAD converted balance (optional).

For FD- u will need a FD certificate and a statement...

3. IN THE FIELD NAME OF INSTITUE...SHOULD I WRITE UNIVERSITY NAME OR THE COLLEGE NAME?? The name of the institution that awarded the degree, i.e. the name that appears on your certificate is the degree awarding institution

CIO will send PER mail to the mail id you mentioned in your Forms... they don't have any insight (rather don't care) if the mail id belongs to you/ your Rep / your friend / your spouse, gf/bf etc 8)

Hi, I think the British Council has a document translation service, have you tried them in your country? If you also have a Canadian embassy or High Commission in your country, you can inquire from them for a list. All the best.
