I have a naive question. considering how caps are being filled, you think there is still a chance for someone who would apply in 3 - 4 weeks from now?

There is only 3 applicants received PER. Nothing to get worry right now. Wait for another 15 days more.

..............Regarding Job Responsibilities............

1. I have read somewhere in this forum that we need to have around 15 responsibilities on our reference letter. Is it mandatory to have these many points?
2. I have 5 job responsibilities on my first reference letter and 4 on the second reference letter (2nd company). Will that be fine ?

P.S. - All my responsibilities are similar to what CIC has mentioned on their website.

5 is fine. 4 should do as well. Are you getting them on letter head? If yes then you are good to go. Do not waste more time.

Yes, pls check your last year (returned) Application Forms ... UCI No. -8 digits must have been filled by CIO with pen in the "Generic Appln Form" -> Personal details -> Item 3) .. quote that UCI for future.

Is returned application last year due to cap filled had a UCI number issued in it?

Yes, these all are on company letterheads. I have modified the roles mentioned on CIC website according to the work i am doing now (although i perform all the tasks). Will that be a problem. I have not directly copy the 100 % content only took the idea that what CIC look for in a software engineer.

5 is fine. 4 should do as well. Are you getting them on letter head? If yes then you are good to go. Do not waste more time.

CIO will return the package by Regular (Canada Post) at the address you mentioned in the Generic Appln Form.
If you have filled the Consultant's off add... it would have been returned at his add. You must have taken the Original IELTS, ECA etc from your last pack to apply this yr?

Yes, is due to cap filled but the consultant has all the details and had tuf time to get it from the consultant.

The consultant refused to give me the returned application form.

The package was prepared and sent by a Consultant and I had a tuf time to get back my documents, hence they didn't give me the Application form or the UIC number.

How to get it back? Please advice

It all depends on the NOC being how much in demand. Some occupations don't receive 100 applications in a year while some others may get 500 within a week.

As long as your JD sound original and not seems like copied, there will be no problem.

PER will be send to the mail ID given in the general application form or to the representative.
i have used a representative (filled the "use of representative form") but gave my personal email ID and mailing address in the general application form.
