hi...i signed the payment fee form on the right side although i used a certified check as the payment method...i just wrote the date in section B and signed on a blank space (white space/right margin)..

will that be a problem?

@lut4rahman, it is still not reflected in the statement...guess it will be reflecting only in next month statement.
