Hi guys,

I have a doubt in mind. In near future I am planning to get married as i am still seeing girls. I wanted to know whether if I launch my application now, and in the middle of my process I get married. What to do in that situation??
Should I launch my file after getting married or before is fine. And also, if I plan to get married after launching my file, what things I have to do for adding my wife's name with my file?

So what exactly do I have to do if i get married after I launch my application? Does this change anything?

If you get married while your application is still in process, you can add your new wife to your application. This will be done through your local visa office and you will need to provide all the documents, update the forms, etc. So it takes a while but it is not a problem.

You can't add a dependant to your application after your visa has been issued. So I suggest not getting married between the time of visa issuance and the time of landing.

Hi, a friend of mine who had PR visa back to Jan 2008 and lost it as he didn't stay there. He applied last year and wasn't successful due to cap.
He wants to apply this year.

However, he checks "Client Application Status" and getting error "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided".

Any advise please why the old data are not showing?.

I don't know why his old data wouldn't show, but it shouldn't be relevant to his new application.

I want to apply for 4011 (University Professors and Lecturers).
My qualification is Ph.D. and currently teaching in the topmost and oldest Engineering College in the region. The college is highly reputed and graded among the topmost institutions by different National agencies. Most of the universities in the region are far behind the college as per the infrastructure and faculty qualification and experience is concerned. The college is autonomous but affiliated to the university. I am performing all the duties listed under 4011. Kindly clear my following doubts which will show path to many members facing the same problem.

a) Am I eligible to apply under 4011? (Most of the reputed consultants including Abhinav and ***** are filing the cases of my colleagues in the same situation)

b) If I am eligible, kindly reply to my doubt: In the earlier times, when 4021 was also there along with 4011 (fast track system from 2008 to 2010), some faculty members of our college got migrated under category 4021(college teacher). No one opted for 4011. I also filed my application in Dec 2013 for Saskatchewan under 4021 but unluckily it was not accepted due to cap. Does this factor have any impact on my current application if I chose NOC 4011 instead of 4021?

I applied also under 4011..my job experience is part time lecturer in 2 institution..1 is college for 1 yr and 8 months and another college under university with 6months experience...i tried my luck under 4011 also...however as 2nd noc option for noc 3012..i filed my paper with 1100 cad payment stating noc 3012/ 4011....i filed with my husband as dependent

Because of too many worries also with noc 4011 i put in the mailing envelope noc 3012/ 4011...n my masters degree in philippines is equivalent only to bachelors deg in canada..so hopefully ill be in....

is it XXXX-XXXX or XXXXXXXX

Really nervous dears ,2 persons got charged on 7th (10 :40 AM) congrats for them and mine is 7th :9:47 AM . In my appln there is a small mistake which I identified today only and that is in my marriage certificate,in that my wife's father name has written wrong partially (In passport and sslc it is XXX YYY and in marriage certificate A.B.XXX ) but my name is there in my wife's passport. Did they reject?

Or they only send an email when they grant him the PER?
