Impossible to believe, may be it's 2013 app.. CIC would normally take 20 days to reply, and will never send a email like that with out first updating the site.

Hi SoloDBA,

Ideally you should have a reference letter from the company on company letter head.
But if not you can mention your job duties and get an affidavit for it, But please note that there is no record to show whether this is acceptable or not.

Hopefully this will be my last question in terms of preparing the application.
I organized my forms and documents as per the checklist order,checklist on top,then barcode pages,forms and documents.i still have the DD,photos and mailing labels,ive put these in small envelops and will attach it on top of the checklist,thats fine,right?? Or it should be as per their order on the checklist?these are small docs,i prefered to put on top,what do you think experts?

This and im ready to send the package

It is advisable to get reference on company letter head. Employer should be providing you one.
I requested HR team to arrange for letter head, my supervisor senior level (manager) approved on my roles and responsibilities. HR on approval, printed those on letter head.

However, my previous employer where I had worked most, refused to provide me one, stating some policy.
Then, I had taken reference on normal letter from my manager, he was willing to provide me. I got his originally signed document along with his business card.
I am getting this document to notary public to get true copy attested.
Hoping this works.

Self addressed mailing labels can be printed out on A4 Sized paper.

No need to include it separately in an envelope.

I agree with my partner (u have to read previous posts for this!) on the same envelop request them to send u email abt DD encashment (just out of box thinking). Who knows it might work.

Dear rorita13-- When you are adding the barcode pages at the top, so the page with your sign in generic form is going before the full application right? I got two barcode pages. 2nd one is containing the sign up page with 2 barcode at the top of that page.
