Dont worry dear.. I did not put documents request form inside the sealed cover but got a message today that they have accepted the documents and status changed to "Evaluation in progress".. i think you can go ahead to save time.

Note that my packet reached to WES on 3-Jun and they mention that the report would be completed by 8-Jul.. you can imagine the lead time.. so hurry up and send the package to WES as soon as possible..

Hi Seniors,

Need some guidance

My passport expires on 02 Jan 2017, approx 2.5 yrs to go, assuming and I am being really positive that I get the PER next month(app reached on 03 June) and this process goes through in the expected time frame of 2 yrs, it will be close to the passport expiration period. Also, I do not have the spouse name endorsed and there is a typo on my Mothers First name. Considering this I prefer going in for a renewal of passport if I get the PER. Also, it would be good to get the visa stamped on a passport with longer validity. What could be the technical difficulties for CIC once this change happens. If the file gets sent to NDVO, will I have to inform CIC of the change or NDVO?

Maple buddy only problem to buy the fact is till now they havent returned any file for NOC2174 due to cap and second thing is only after PER they consider that entry in CAP and till now its 37-39 and more chances are that it represents first week files inn order to send 1000 PER they have to reject atleast some files due to issues other then cap no one here got his file returned due to this issue here i am assuming people very honest in this forum only two cases of file return yet one due to DOB issue and other due to mismatch of roles and responsibilities , so one poster has posted it right this issue will be clear once the CIC will post the next cap level . Your intentions seems right and helping but the mail pasted by you is raising more concerns then help

I would if there was an option. Let me know how, if it is possible and I have no issues in sharing that.

What is going on this week at CIC?

This anxiety is killing for applicants that used DD as mode of payment.

Now I'm beginning to wonder if I filled all my forms well?

I pray all is well with my application.I submitted since 2nd may NOC 1111 and no PER yet!

I plan to check at my Bank to check if its possible to know when the DD is cashed !

Just because this font size is too big, and a name wouldn't fit, one has to add a separate sheet for that ? and make cross-references. They don't even let a person abbreviate.

I was just looking at the Provincial Nominee program.

Once one gets a provincial nomination certificate, one still has to do all that people are doing here for FSW via CIC.

So, whats the advantage ?

Are provincial nominees not subject to cap ? Or do they NOT have to fall under these 50 occupations ?

Any disadvantages ?
