I am planning to apply for FSW14 under NOC 2172.
My designation over last 12 years has always been "Database Administrator", so this is a perfect fit for me.

And the last 12 years, I've had the same employer

Now, the problem is, this employer is not giving me reference letter with responsibilities and duties and salary mentioned in the reference letter. Other details like working since / designation / etc. will be mentioned.

What are my options? I have everything else ready to send.

may be we sould add to the spread sheet the time of receiving of the PER and not just the day. This will at least reduce the tension of checking the email every 5 minutes.

An easier solution, add your email ID to your cell phones pull email. Activate data package, put all irrelevant services to "update only on WIFI" and U will get prompt msg, when u get an email.

Dear MapleLeafExpress,

To be honest, your story is strange and fishy. You have asked the CIO something with regards to address and their answer was about CAP!!! Professionally, they can't volunteer information about CAP. In addition, no one in the CIC can claim that any NOC is capped before they inspect a 1000 complete applications which is impossible due to time required to do so.

All of us have already agreed to kill the discussion, and take it in A POSITIVE WAY i.e. FOR ALL THOSE WHO CAN APPLY UNDER OTHER SIMILAR NOC (due to duties overlap) SHUD APPLY IN THEM. THOSE WHO HAVE NO OTHER OPTION KEEP ON APPLYING TILL WE HAVE OFFICIAL INFO FROM CIC.

My work experience is divided into three episodes , twice on the same position in the same organization(2007-2009 & 2012-2014 ) and the rest one was in different organization(2006-2008). Do I need separate annual salary statement from those two episodes since I have worked twice in the same organization holding same designation or one latest annual salary statement is okay?. To be exact, I already received monthly rather than annual salary statement from the organization where I worked from 2006-2008. As per CIC guideline ,I have to submit annual salary statement but my employer just mentioned salary in month.
Is it fine ?

This appears to be grossly mis-leading. As Ammani has said rightly, no one in CIC is authorized to communicate about cap being filled for an e-mail query about address. Also, I spoke to my attorney in Toronto and his opinion is also the same - CIC doesn't say about CAPs being filled over e-mails to anyone. He is a member of immigration body and has direct contacts with CIC. So unless officially communicated by CIC on their website, this information should be considered false. This would only create panic among people who are applying.

also if MapleLeafExpress can post the images of his application's delivery acknowledgement from the courier company along with an image of the actual e-mail and not text, IMHO we shouldn't consider this as true.
