I've been perusing the FSW 2013 spreadsheet. I noted that a few members from last year have the acronym COPR under the visa issued column. What does COPR stand for and under what circumstances is it issued instead of a visa?

Anyway , I'm not sure they will request medical in Jan. I'm just making assumptions based on last year FSWP ( also based on the opinion of many friends who already got the Visa from last year program ) ... However , even if the medical request was on Feb. or March it will make no difference I guess , I still won't be able to land during the Military Service year .. ( I don't know exactly what is the time frame of application processing this year , but most people says they request the medical after about 6 to 8 months .. so If I send my documents in June 2014 , the Medical will probably be requested between (December - Feb. ) .. or I guess so ..

Regarding postbone the Military service , I don't even know how is that possible ?? I didn't hear anyone who succeed in postbone his military service , also I don't have any medical condition that gives me an exemption from the Military service .. if you can help me in postbone my Military service I would be more than thankful ..

You're most welcome. ...but no you don't postpone it yourself. ..they do it for you. ..depending on your date iof birth or university degree. ..lots of people get postponed for 3 years...you might be one of them...

CoPR stands for Certificate of Permanent Residence. It is the document that will allow you to land as a new immigrant. It is issued together with an immigrant visa stamped on your passport, or it might get issued by itself with no immigrant visa, in case of citizens of countries that do not require visas to enter Canada (US, most of Europe, Japan, for example).

It is not possible to write in details in a small space.

Should I have to write self-addressed mailing labels in a A4 sheet and send with application?

Should I have to write 10 years personal history or after age 18 I have to write all history?

To my knowledge, none of the May5 applicants has received any PER yet. Mine reached on that day and my CC got charged on May29. I was expecting my PER yesterday. But CIC is not issuing any PER at the moment, but only encashing. I hope the PER issuing mode kicks in soon.

I agree. I can not see many PER being issued since last week. May be by this weekend they will start issuing more PERs. You can check your ECAS status if you have UCI.

Let's hope so , Although I don't think it will happen .. I'm a dentist graduated from Cairo University , I don't remember that they have ever postponed a Dentist from joining the Military service ..

I NEED HELP PLEASE !!

I want to know is there anyway to Extend the Deadline of the landing ( the Visa Deadline ) ?? because I've sent my documents and

they will probably request the Medical from me by next January, the problem is that I will be serving a one Year in the Army ( Military

Service ) starting from March 2015 to March 2016 .. so Obviously , I will not be able to do the Landing during this period .. What Shall I

do ?? I don't want my visa to get Canceled ..

I believe it is not possible. However if your visa is issued before your military service you can land in Canada right away, come back and do your military service and then return to Canada. So long as you do your official landing, you only have to live in Canada for 2 years out of every 5 to maintain your PR.

Counting last 10 years the first travel i had was in 2008.
I didn't travel anywhere between June 2004- August 2008. So all my travels staring from 2008 actually.

One more question I got, I don't have spouse, no dependent, just me single person applying. So these are the forms I filled-
1. Generic application form
2. Background declaration
3. Supplementary info-Your travels
4. Schedule 3: Economic classes
5. Additional family info
6. Fee payment form

Am I missing anything? ( Don't have any representative)
