I dont think so.. they Updated the webpage on 6th June afternoon.. so all those who recd PER until 6th would only got included (these are May to May 2 Applicants) . Those ppl who got CCharged or DD , if they receive PER (after 6th June)- will be included in next Cap update.

based on the data on the CIC website, are those people who got their cc or dd charged but have yet to receive per are included in the latest cap numbers?

I doubt, the word complete applications only come into picture when they charge your CC/DD, if your DD is charged or CC, your application is deemed complete. as of 6th, all those whose applications were found complete would have made it to that number on the CIC website.

Thats my take.

What is that supposed to mean? i am from sub-continent and i chose express delievery.....does that change your opinion? Yes he made a mistake but how can you generalise a whole continent when it was only a judgemental "mistake" by someone.

Gee man, relax. I'm sure he only meant that it takes a while to get that report from Canada to sub-continent via normal post, added to that no tracking & unreliability of the postal service, so he only suggested that he should have gone for courier instead, and I think he is from sub-continent himself.

I remember the other day one fella was getting hyper over the Indian astrologer comment.

Keep calm, communicate with others politely, send your application, wait for the visa & enjoy Canada. ;D

I guess this is wishfull thinkining dear.

Hello, go to this link and ask all your questions on Manitoba Provicial nomination there, all the best http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/mpnp-application-batch-2013-t132711.0.html :)
Thanks kollins

I do not qualify because my sister is my relatives while people who could sign my settlement plan in Manitoba are only my friends. The requirements says there should be a stronger ties compared to other province. My sister is stronger than my friends right? I tried before in Winkler for an exploratory visit where they will show me around and explore opportunities but upon asking what If I have a sister in other province they politely said that I do not qualify for MPNP because of that.

All other question you have is available in Manitoba website.

HI. May I know the reason why you will not be qualified for MPNP if you have immediate family in other province? Will that be applicable for those who have immediate family that are already PR? What about those who have immediate family that have a status of working visa? Thanks

No doubt risks associated with CC are high.. but is still the most popular in use ... even for international transactions or online. You just need to understand your card limits, safety etc & it will be perfectly fine. It has some p's as well..

+ Zero % investment.. CIO will charge Only if you're successful and you pay (upto) 45 days after that depending o your billing cycle. whereas in DD you sink the cash upfront. :( (Higher the risk, higher is the rate of return !!)

++ most Imp... instant notification of Application being passed, else it will be a nightmare to followup with CIC (response only after 4 to 8 weeks- if unsuccessful) or wait till PER (if successful)

Not putting q's here as it is often discussed/ suffered :D

Super like bro. Thanks you :)

09:00 AM, SYDNEY, NS..... Come on CIC grab lot of money from our CCs...

CIC, don't always start with CC >:( >:(. For today, start with DD ;D ;D ;D.

Confused about photo order in the application pack. Any idea where to put it or with which form to attach? Some suggestions need to use paper clip to bind the forms or leave it unbind. Still could not decided. Seems both are okay.

may be .. they under promise and over deliver .. as a good business practice !!

Also, possible that these companies/ Fedex have put in more resources (invested) on CIO route given the volumes it is generating (more packets ~~ more Cash flows pouring in .. $$$$$ dollaraan dollaraaan :P :P

(& their old estimation model doesn't factor efficiencies bring in by deploying additional resources)

just a wishful thinking ! 8)
