Whats the procedure for asking DD status from HDFC bank? I asked them, they said its not possible for us to know the status once we release it, you should ask to NOVA SCOTIA bank.
How did u get the DD status?

Going by the responses I believe 1 Label in English and 1 Label in Arabic would be the ideal way, although I will keep the postal code (numerical) in English.

Guys I have a question... What if two applications were reviewed at the same time. What is faster to issue, a PER or NER email? I am also just wondering how will I look at an email if it arrives in my mailbox. Like how long upon reading when will I realize if the assessment is positive or negative.

without the spaces off-course.

Sample NERs explained in the appendices.

You can simply search the term "positive" in ur email when it arrives. It is typically in the second paragraph of the email.

If one way isn't possible,i think there may be other routes Shocked I just remembered that i have a coursin in Manitoba,Winnipeg who has been there for like 30yrs now and looking at the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Programme, especially the Family Support Stream or the General Stream,i think i stand a chance to be landed in CA Cheesy Please can i get an advice on the processes on how to apply. I mean step by step application moves ! I trust i can get all the help i need on this forum. I trust the experts here !''

On another note, I tried to analyse the first cap updates and I cannot but help deem that the apps received were from 1st and 2nd may. Any thoughts?

I always try not to take medications for CIC's headache.....
I'm not good at making prediction or analysis......there is a school of though who even believe that the last week of April FSW2013 is included in the updates since they never gave any updates since 23rd April,2014.
For me....I just want as many forum members to to get PERS without wetting their pants with my analysis/predictions
For me...next week updates will give clearer picture

The MPNP is the easiest and faster way. But you have to talk to your relatives because he will have a big role in your application. Secondly, when you are a Provincial Nominee, you have to stay and live in Manitoba. I love to go to Manitoba. I have lots of friends there who are willing to sponsor me but I have a sister in BC so I do not qualify for MPNP. If I were you, Il go for it!! you might land in CA sooner than you think!

My parcel has reached Goffs, Nova Scotia today morning at 7:10am At destination sort facility. Hope they deliver it today itself...Estimated delivery date by fedex is 10th June. ..does fedex deliver earlier than estimated delivery date?

Try and be as quick as you can (Don't miss any documents) and send the package. The worst that can happen after that is your application package getting returned and your courier money getting wasted.

No point in thinking whether you will be in time or not. Not in your hand, anyway!

Just remember to check n recheck ur package before sending. Personally I do not feel it will be too late. As the cap has been increased so thrs ample room for all. Just remember to send a complete application ,without any mistakes n all supporting docs. All d best.

As you are a big hero of 2013 FSWP, I would highly appreciate if you could enlighten me with your answer to the following question: How many working days it took the NOC 2174 to be capped in 2011 race? I guess it was 5 or 7 working days! I guess 2174 was the fastest to close, wasn't it?

The reason I am asking this, because this year, as you know, a lot of applicants are ready with their files, so, more or less, it is quite like 2011 race in the sense of that many applicants had little required effort/ documents to pay/prepare in order to apply and I guess the sub-cap in 2011 was 1000 applications and it is the same this year. I sent this year my package for the NOC 1112 and it reached the CIO on the 7th of May which is the fifth working day since they open this year on the 1st of May 2014.

I highly appreciate your feedback

1. There was no 2174 in 2011
2. The cap was 500
3. Hottest noc was 1122: Note that this NOC 1122= 10 NOCs as it covers widest area. On the 11th day, the cap 500 was reached.
