one more thing
does it matter if it's "the receiver general for canada" or "receiver general for canada"?

No the "the" Part is already mentioned in the draft so it doesn't matter

Relax you are fine with it or w/o it

Brother,

To avoid complexity to the Visa officers, I will suggest u to apply along with ur spouse.

If she has not willingness to migrate there, then no issue ....U and ur child can enter there after stamping the VISA....:)

You have to show all members of your family.
and when u get PR it is upto Her if she wants to or not to come to Canada

ashif, why don't you edit the very first post of the thread & add compiled information/links related to general queries like processing stages/time, duties reference letter/affidavit format (page 1027), how to use spreadsheet & any other FSW specific things. You know people are gonna come & ask the same thing over & over again. So, rather than typing/copying the same thing, they could easily check the first post itself.

& people stop being cunts (not referring to in a vulgar way) & add your damn info to spreadsheet. ;D

thank you for the replies everyone.

Certainly a good thought. :-)

Although 75% questions asked are on information already provided either on CIC website, in the Instruction Guide (IMM EG7000) and/ or in any of the application package documents. It is about making the effort to go through these materials.

The world is not expected to be perfect (thank God, it is not perfect) and therefore we are not restricted to the 25% really useful questions here that might not be available through the above mentioned artifacts.

But it sure will make life easier for a lot of people who are providing answers, by saying please refer to page 1047 for example, if many FAQ answers were listed at one place.
