Hi Friends,

I am little worried with my funds. Currently, my account has sufficient amount in savings and I am able to get certificate from bank.
But actually, funds in my account won't be for longer, I would need to spend and return back.

I am worried, if CIC later verifies my funds in account and since I cannot anticipate when this verification occurs, I wont be in position to keep my savings running that long.

I am ready with all other things, but worried on funds.
Any suggestions how I can manage this.

Saving account/currents accounts are expected to be fluctuated. Generally CIC requires this proof at both the time of application and at the time of landing in Canada. In between, the fund could be fluctuated. No where it is said that applicant must hold the fund - some PNP however categorically mention it.

To be safe said, ensure that, your average balance does not go below the settlement fund - use the fund and later on deposit the amount.

Hi, this is not necessary. It wont influence the decision to approve your application for FSW or not. Just ensure you meet the minimum requirements and submit all other necessary documentations. That is what matters.

Looks like I'll have another sleepless weekend... 6th May applicant, no CC charge, NOC 2281, very worried...

My ref letter for my current job was not included (HR did not help me) and I didn't know I could just add one from my direct boss instead of HR... I left my other 2 jobs before completing 1 year, I've sent the ref letters but I don't know if it will be accepted for the job duties if it's less than 1 year. With my current job I have 6 years experience, but no letter...
I've sent them all documents I could (job contract, resume etc) but they don't include exactly the job duties like they want.
And I think it's too late to include a ref letter now, since it would take 3 days to reach them.
This wait is killing me.

This forum has been really helpful. I'm about to apply in NOC 1123. Below is my job description. I've seen many applicant's packet returned due to not having correct experience letter, thus I'm worried about it. Experts if you can have a look at the job description and suggest me any corrective actions, it would be a great help.

My Job Description:

• Based on Competitors' Advertisement Tracking System and other relevant information, analyze advertising needs, develop and suggest suitable advertising and marketing plans and strategies for advertisement department, advise corporate clients on advertising plan
• Monitor and analyze competitors' circulation and sales information, develop and provide implementation guideline for trade promotion and communication plans to circulation department
• Prepare and supervise preparation of various customized and periodic reports, communication materials, presentations, sales kit, brochures and other materials
• Publicize XXXX and its sister concerns' products, social activities and events to advertising agencies, major corporate houses and other organizations; maintain relation with these organization
• Initiate and maintain communication with corporate clients and other media organizations

Still there is no harm in sending it ASAP (other than the courier fee) and how things are moving, seems 5th & 6th May applications under considerations are related to 2174 and 1112. for most of the others they are on 2nd & 3rd May. Yesterday, one of the 2nd may applicant got charged.

CIC Officer are in weekend mood. Afternoon they won't even work. They will plan to go Pub, Cinema, Bar, Meeting girl/boy friendz, etc.
In this mood they won't process. We can resumption Monday working time for Cc charge news.
