Just create a summary sheet of your funds. Create 2 sections liquid money and fixed assets where you can mention PPF. Try to ensure your liquid money covers your settlement fund anything in addition is a plus..you can check on internet on what all funds can be classified as liquid money...

I have below situation for assets and liabilities section---
1. Cad 15000 as FDR
2. Car as an assets of 10000CAd as per its purchasing bill which is 3 months old
3 car loan of 8000 cad which is decreasing as it is EMI based


Now my confusion is which approach I should follow
Approach 1--
Assets =FDR + car purchase value
Liablties = car loan at the time of purchase
Set funds = FDR + car purchase - car loan

Approach 2--
Assets = FDR+ car purchase value
Liability = car loan
Set fund = Only FDR

Please advice

Previous manager is better than self affid. It actually doesnt have any standing.

each applicant's case&files are different in evaluation...they may need to do some verification on yours.
wait ti next weekend before your change to plan B.
In the interim,please start gathering your documents together especially originals of your IELTS and ECA report just in case you will send another application.
Also if possible,please consider the option of DD in your next application if you will send it.

Thanks for this..but I still didnt receive my file back...all the docs are there with them..Also In case of CC not working do they intimate us and can we provide them with DD instead....

The experience letter is something everyone has some sort of issue with it. I wasnt able to get one from the HR; but I managed to get one signed by the managers on the letter head. It worked for me.
 
Thanks century for the reply. it seems my Univ does accept self attested photocopies of degree and marksheet and hence i need not send the originals along.

a quick question.
Obviuosly my application will be quite late since i am still to get my degrees transcripts etc from the univ and then get it verified by WES. i understand that lot of people who applied for FSWP 2013 had their documents almost ready and sent it as soon as the program opened.

query is -- does the express entry program starting in 2015 mean that no federal skilled workrs application (those without a job offer) will be accepted or how will the rules change then?

i tried to file my application through an agent in Canada and they are charging 3.5k cad for the same (they indicated this yr is the last chance for people without job offer). just inquiring hence.

For Accra V.O.....Yuo need to be patient because none of us FSW2013 has gotten past PERS notification stage.

My turn has not yet started ;) . The un-preferred one. The following is my suggestion

It will be much much better getting an affidavit from previous managers along with his current contact details. Also add a cover letter that why you are unable to get reference letter from your current employer.

I sse however, I'm talking about previous employers, so getting their input on the company's letter head is out reach.
My idea is to let one of them make the affidavit instead of me.

This manager is not working for the same company anymore, I hope they will not check for this later. :-X
