It will work; it has to be on the official letter head of the company with clear contact details of the person signed it. I was struggling to get one from the HR, so I tried this and it worked for me.

It wont be on official letter head .it wd be affidavit from senior on plain paper with 20rs affidavit along with id card copy.
will it work without official letter head?

Hello,

I am an Indian but currently working in London, UK for next 12+ months so am allowed to given London as VO.

Can I still give New Delhi as VO as London VO is slow.
If yes, what are the challenges I would be expected to face by giving New Delhi as VO.
(I understand I will have to post Medical and PCC to India, but what else)

Pls help.

As i understand, your packet was Not delivered to CIO at all by DHL... you just got it moved (from CIO) / diverted to your friend's place in Toronto.
Pls confirm, if otherwise.

I have send my parcel through DHL INDIA and they helped me to get back my parcel to my friend who lives in Toronto so I will send the missing documents to him and he will send the same to CIO.

For those CC has charged.. My CC still not charged

I think my applications should be returned. NOC 1112 has been charged for 06th May. My application reached on 05th May 2014 9:48am.

Not sure if anyone else with the same issue.

Can anyone give an estimate of when DDs encashments will commence?

Anyone from Accra VO with any update yet?

Applicants wik.haider,rajaram,rainylni used DD and they have PERS already while lvtruong used DD too and have been encashed.
Try to check the sheet for more info.
For Accra V.O.....Yuo need to be patient because none of us FSW2013 has gotten past PERS notification stage.

WES has evaluated my Master's degree (M.Sc Computer Science from India) as equivalent to 4 years Canadian Bachelor's degree. So when I fill the education detail in Generic Application form, should I select Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree ?

You must write your actual details; WES evaluation will get you the required points for bachelor only for points allocation.

Hi All,

I see that many posts suggesting sending a self declared affidavit for the job duties if they cannot get a letter from their employers with the same details as required by CIC (mainly duties), however in the Document Checklist point 12 (Work Experince) , it's clearly stated that "Self-Declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable evidence of work experience".

I have the same problem with my previous employer, so I have prepared a self declared affidavit for my job duties & attested it legally, along with supporting documents (Contracts, experience letter with no duties).

I know that many people encountered the same problem, with no other solutions available.

But will it be better getting an affidavit from previous managers instead of self declared ones? or it will be the same?

Anybody ideas? preferably from people who got their CC charged

For roles and responsibilities letter

If I submit affidavit from senior stating my role n resp and mentioning his company email id and phone no.but OT on company letter head!!
along with his id card copy.

will it work 100%? any applicant from fsw14 or fsw13 have got success this way?
