Hello guys,

i have got a doubt regarding Birth certificate. mine is a regional language (telugu). are there any registered translators approved by CIC or is an affidavit in english enough?

pls help.

Brother,

Can u please contact ur closest Notary Public....max of them are authorized to translate documents.... that will be enough...

CIC tells:

"Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document."

Hi,

Do i need to submit any copy of passport pages (exit/entry)for proof for "Supplementary Information Your Travels " form entry or it is ok if i fillup the form only. In guide, there is no such instructions to provide any copy to submit.

If i am living outside of my origin country for working purpose, should i provide all travel info between these two countries ? Pls suggest.

Hi there,
I completely agree with kewlCanada ... This forum merely represents 3-5% of global applicants.Lets be pragmatic.I thinks NOC like 1112 and 2174 are considered hot. They must have been filled by 6-7 May ....But fingers crossed
Hope for the best...

I just don't get that kind of logic of caps filling in a week, last year the limit was lower and it took until august with hot Nocs to get filled. Lets be rational guys.

Get ut facts right first. It was appearant in aug that cap of 2174 anf 1112 was full from cic updates. But the cap was full for applicants who applied after may 2013. Dont be too relaxed as thinga are moving much faster than u think. I am not discouraging anyone here but file appl asap and den worry about cap

I second you there NIKO , moreover a lot many applicants from FSW 2013 (who missed out) have opted for Plan B (i.e - Australia) and have moved or in the midst of moving to Australia, I personally know of around 9 such applicants.

So in all probability the Caps (for Hot NOC's) may probably stay alive until atleast June end or Early-July. (Correction)

Keep the faith ...

Not sure what's stopping us to spread positive mood in the forum. Think about those applicants who are eagerly waiting for IELTS result, for WES to dispatch their ECA, or for that last minute confusion on how to fill that filed in generic form etc. etc..

Among all these excitement, effort and the dream of Canadian life, I think such statements are cruel - if nothing else.

CIC would do whatever it does, whenever it does...but why be negative, why discourage others. Let this forum be for the purpose it is meant for - help others...

Hi viveksharma,

I totally agree with you. It is the very dose of discouragement that put off a lot of people and made them believe that there would not be any FSW program in 2014! Many so-called "experts" discouraged people with their strong words and compelled them to believe that it would be a waste of time to pursue FSW 2014. Those who unfortunately believed so have now fallen behind in the race to make it to the cap limits. I feel quite outraged when I know that the same "experts" who doubted, and made others doubt, the existence of FSW 2014, now continue to tell people it is too late to apply if they have not applied already!

I also request everyone to practice common sense. It is your life and your decision. At the end of the day, you cannot charge the person who asked you not to apply. That person can simply vanish in thin air without taking accountability. You were wrong in the first place to believe.

i will be sending my file to CIC office tomorrow and will reach the office by next week......i am applying under NOC 2174........will i make the cap?

You can take a chance. But please bear it in mind that 2174 is amongst the hottest of NOC's. Keep your fingers crossed.

Does cap of 1000 means 1000 successful applications or 1000 by count? The moment CIC received 1000 apps under a particular NOC, they will stop intake of any other apps under that category? Because there will be some rejections also. So the rejection count will be included in 1000?

An earnest appeal to all members:

Please do not ask "experts" in this forum on when the CAP will fill for a given NOC - hottest, hot or cold or freezing. No body knows for sure, NOBODY. For every answer to such question there can be counter-answers and then some. This all would only lead to negative environment and frustration.

An dear "experts",
Please ignore such questions because you yourself know that you don't know the answer of this question. Least you can do is encourage people till CIC has the final word.

Happy Filing

It is 1000 PER per eligible NOCs.

User is paying by DD which is usually slower than CC :o :o

Its not slow actually. DD User will come to know little later than the CC User whether CIC cashed it or not

I believe the date the app was received was why Achiever was concerned.

Obviously guys... Date of Received is 22/5 and got DD cleared on 2/6.... CIC hasn't reached assessing 22nd May app and he got DD cleared within 10 days .... thats not possible.. something is wrong here....

Most likely the date of receive is 22/4 and not 22/5.
