I also have UCI# from Tourist visa, but I didn't put that in generic application form. Can they still assign the same UCI?

UCI stands for Universal Client ID. No matter what you apply for Canada it will always remain same. If your CC is charged before 3-4 days then try login in to ECAS using UCI.

@shah2014

Well, we both qualify for PR independently engineer and inspector, and i got into school, we contemplated me applying for study permit and putting him on it as my partner and him applying for PR and putting me as his partner, we thought about applying for PR separately but canada seems very family oriented so we though about applying together plus we would have more funds but we only have those 3 documents together, insurance, lease and an account

You can get everything checked by your friend or someone in family to be double sure....as a thumb rule i use..if you are single and not using any consultant total number forms should be 7, if married & kids below 18 then 9 forms ...Good Luck!

Are you also counting the additional dependant form and representative form for single applicants?

@divyangpatel

Does her secondary school certificate mentions

1. Her Name
2. Her DOB
3. Name of either 1 of the parents or both

If yes, use it instead of her BC as the ones issued by consulates are not preferred. Otherwise, you can use an affidavit.

If i remember correctly, one of the applicant with BC issued by Indian counslate Muritius was rejected with an explanation that "we do not accept such BC", not sure if it also lacked some signatuire or any other thing or Counslate issued BCs are in general not acceptable.

@Msimms

Well, while Canada is family oriented but the only benefit of "spouse" in immigration is Adaptability points, so if u or him reachs 67 without those points there is NO OTHER BENEFIT IN THE IMMIGRATION PROCESS.

May i know which country are u from. because u can claim common law union ONLY if its LEGALLY allowed in your country. If its acceptable but not legally allowed, i don't think that you can claim it.

Regarding, acceptance of these docs, you may check the CIC guidelines in detail at following address and document checklist. IN my opinion these docs should be enough, if lease was executed more than 1 yr ago and account/insurance are continuing for more than a year.
