Just write Annexure A,B or C. Mention duties on additional page and rename them as Annexure A,B or C.

But how many duties do I put there? all that I used in the reference letter?

Dont send simple photo copies. Get it true copy by authorised notary which clearly shows " I certify this is the true copy of the original document"

Pls dont send simple photo copies

Dear Seniors,
One thing i will like to ask .My profile is of quality engineer but my duties match in 4 out of 9 activities mentioned in NOC 2132. Although the designation of quality control engineer is in NOC 2141 but i perform 4 out of 9 duties as specified in NOC 2132. so will i be considered ??
Secondly Will they contact my HR department for verification of the job responsibilities written in letter of reference or my senior who has signed my letter of reference??? As i have written few things i dont do just to get in line with NOC 2132 ;D

Dear seniors

Its regarding proof of funds. I have not maintained the amount for 6 months in my bank account . Infact i have deposited it 2-3 days prior to making the certificate from the bank . Should i send the 6 months statement along with the certificate or not??????

Just certificate or most recent statement is fine.

Thanks future_canadian for the reply!

Today I traced the President of the company and currently she is in the US... she closed the business in 2010 and also may not be having the letterheads of the company.. what should I ask her to provide?

I have the documents that I got at the time of appointment but since they closed the business in 2010 in both India and US; the company's address mentioned on the documents may be used by someone else and the contacts provided on the documents are also not operational now. So what could be the possible solutions in this scenarios...

Thanks

I'd ask her for the typical employer reference letter, but with an additional explanation that she was the president of the company, closed it in 2010, no longer has letterhead, etc.

Should work just fine.

Congratulations buddy ! all d best ! :) :)

Someone suggested to use 'current date' for continuing job instead of hand writing. Which one should follow?

I think either is probably ok, but I tend to nitpick and to me there is some small possibility of confusion, that your job/address/whatever ended at the time you sent your application.

For the generic form where there was no choice but to fill in dates I filled in the day after validation and stated in an annexure that this was intended to convey "to present."

Congratulations rzhu ! :) :)

Guys, I just received the CC charged SMS from my bank. My dossier was received on May 6th by Mike, so I think CIC is handling the cases received after May 5th. Just be patient and wait. Good luck for all of you guys.

Can anyone of you advise on the following:

I am with my current employer for 2 years and 3 months now. During this period I have worked in two positions for the same company:

1: Regional IT Business Systems Specialist for 1 year and 8 months
2: Country IT Business Systems Specialist for 7 months

As the names suggest, both roles have similar responsibilities, I just extended my scope a bit. The criteria for work experience says that each full-time job with one year plus experience will be considered for points in the experience part.

Hence,my question: Will they consider the experience that I gathered from my second job or not? If this cannot be said for sure, would you suggest me to ask my employer not to split between those two roles and simply state "IT Business System Specialist" with an experience of 2 years and 3 months?

Please advise. :)

You are fine, you will get credit for the whole 2 yrs and 3 months.

I agree with future_canadian. It makes more sense to fill that date where it as asked and to write "till present" in Annexure. That's exactly what I did too.
