Dont send simple photo copies. Get it true copy by authorised notary which clearly shows " I certify this is the true copy of the original document"Arjun_Singh_76 said:simple photo copies is enough.

I'd ask her for the typical employer reference letter, but with an additional explanation that she was the president of the company, closed it in 2010, no longer has letterhead, etc.Cool_India said:Thanks future_canadian for the reply!
Today I traced the President of the company and currently she is in the US... she closed the business in 2010 and also may not be having the letterheads of the company.. what should I ask her to provide?
I have the documents that I got at the time of appointment but since they closed the business in 2010 in both India and US; the company's address mentioned on the documents may be used by someone else and the contacts provided on the documents are also not operational now. So what could be the possible solutions in this scenarios...
Thanks

I think either is probably ok, but I tend to nitpick and to me there is some small possibility of confusion, that your job/address/whatever ended at the time you sent your application.bijoy_16 said:Someone suggested to use 'current date' for continuing job instead of hand writing. Which one should follow?

You are fine, you will get credit for the whole 2 yrs and 3 months.CAJan said:Can anyone of you advise on the following:
I am with my current employer for 2 years and 3 months now. During this period I have worked in two positions for the same company:
1: Regional IT Business Systems Specialist for 1 year and 8 months
2: Country IT Business Systems Specialist for 7 months
As the names suggest, both roles have similar responsibilities, I just extended my scope a bit. The criteria for work experience says that each full-time job with one year plus experience will be considered for points in the experience part.
Hence,my question: Will they consider the experience that I gathered from my second job or not? If this cannot be said for sure, would you suggest me to ask my employer not to split between those two roles and simply state "IT Business System Specialist" with an experience of 2 years and 3 months?
Please advise.
I agree with future_canadian. It makes more sense to fill that date where it as asked and to write "till present" in Annexure. That's exactly what I did too.future_canadian said:I think either is probably ok, but I tend to nitpick and to me there is some small possibility of confusion, that your job/address/whatever ended at the time you sent your application.
For the generic form where there was no choice but to fill in dates I filled in the day after validation and stated in an annexure that this was intended to convey "to present."
No. According to the page I linked it seems the only eligible NOCs that require this are 3111, 3112 and 3131.Chemical3881 said:@ future_canadian
I hold a degree in Chemical Engineering, but I have applied in the NOC 2132 (Mechanical Engineering). Do I need an ECA from designated professional body?
