Hi Seniors, I have sent my application on 2nd June 2014, after sending it I realised that I made a mistake as I sent my Children translated Birth Certificates and my national ID copy without notarization, my application should be received to CIO today and I am bit worried now that just because of this silly mistake it will be returned back, I am still not worried for resubmission as I applied under NOC 2263 which is comparatively slow moving NOC, can any one shed some light that how severe that mistake is and do I still have chances to pass through Eligibility Review at CIO, or any can advise what should I do now, should I wait to get any response (acceptance or return) from CIO or should I send the notarized copies to CIO now.

I mailed my FSW 2014 application. In IMM5562, I missed to report one of Spouse travel. In the addresses and Personal history, I have mentioned everything correct. Would this cause an issue? Is there any way I can send the 5562 travel info form again?

Can I send the form once the application reaches the NDVO?

Please advice.

Yes just wait for PER+AOR from NDVO buddy...Then u can send updated Travel form....

CIC may ignore this ...So just wait and watch....Since u are already prepared for resubmission (i also blv u will have eough time)...who knows ur application will be accepted...!

Overnite Express Courier Service in India is the worst.My friend has a worst experience .It took 13 days for the package to be delivered.Guys beware of such courier services.

Presuming National Id copy would be in english, its fine without notarization.
But second one is really a blunder. Translated birth certificate has to be attested by an Oath commissioner or an equivalent.

If you have a second copy of IELTS then I would suggest re-submit your application with correction.

Guys, I just received the CC charged SMS from my bank. My dossier was received on May 6th by Mike, so I think CIC is handling the cases received after May 5th. Just be patient and wait. Good luck for all of you guys.

If ones application is returned because of job responsibilities mismatch, Can he reapply changing the roles and responsibilities?

If yes, doesn't it raise eyebrows of CIC that how can a person reapply changing roles and responsibilities once mentioned in previous application?

Isn't it considered as fraud ?
