Please help.

I checked with 2-3 Indian banks. They are giving DD (international or national) with validity of 3 months.
AS per CIC guidelines, it should be of 6 months.

Please suggest.

Kindly note: I donot have Credit Card:(
Personal Opinion....3 months is ok even though CIC specified 6 months.
you must know that there is no way that CIC will know that its three month so it wont lead to denial or rejection.
The truth is that you application will be attended to within three months however the work-load in CIC.
If your application is not attended to in 3 months....it must have been returned.
My personal opinion does not empower applicants to be going for 3 months DD validity option as the time of your submission matters.
If I will advice you...wait untill the day your application package is ready to be sent.....get you DD and send your package immediately on the same day or latest, the following day.
If you follow my instruction, you will be fine with your 3 months DD validity even though I dont want to mis-quoted elsewhere for my advice for you.
Cheers.

.But,translator has not given me the affidavit,so do u think CIC will accept my BC without affidavit.

The below is my prediction (sort of game ;) ;)). There will be 91 left for June 2014 for recharge :P :P :P.

Till now, only applicants upto 5th May have been charged. I don't believe, by 12th May, any of the NOCs will be filled up. ;D ;D

Hi Century,

Thanks a lot for your boosting post. Such posts really helps us a lot when there is nothing in our hand except
waiting and checking forums. Thanks a lot. I am very positive now . :)

In Passport full name is split 2 names anyway. For instance, 1) Family Name/Surname 2) Given Names(where i have my firstname and middlename/fathername mentioned).

However, in my JAPANESE Birth Certificate it just mentions FULL NAME - against that in Japanese version of the document this order is followed --> SURNAME FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME

Just getting confused there. Again, any format for a Cover Letter you can share. What should such a letter include and state, Do I have to sign it? No formal affidavit is required for this, right?

While you filled your forms, you must have filled Surname (last name), and given names (first and middle names), so there should not be any problem at all. However, you can only attach an explanation like this with you birth certificate:

Your First name
Your Given name
DoB
Passport Number

Regarding Naming Order of My Birth Certificate

It can be noted that, in my birth certificate, my name has been written in this order:

Obama Barak Hussein
SURNAME FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME

Signature
Your Full Name Date
