If your file is returned because of CAP fill its not a refusal case, refused is when they have started processing your file and dint think of you as fit for immigration.. No need to mention returned application as a refusal case.

If u dont have the UCI in ur hand then just leave it blank...usually CIC assign the same UCI for the later applications...

For the 2nd ques, its a debated issue...some say not refusal some say it is....So its up to u ...u may do both...

But if u ask my opinion then I may prefer to tick it on the Sch A form...

Thanks for the responses. I am the PA and its my CC thats why i left the address blank but my worry is which address will be used? Mailing address or Residential address?

No address is used for deducting money from ur CC, it is just for record purposes and receipt informations.

Damn it WES..

I changed the delivery address from Indian address to new Malaysia address.. its not showing the change after saving data. I tried it 3 times and now dont want to messup more.. Its also not showing phone number at all.. the field for phone number shows 011 code permanently which is not changing as per country.

Can anybody suggest what to do..?

Status is "Waiting for required documents" which is correct.

for Amex it does verify your address as per card address. if its different, transaction fails. I have personally tested this in past.

Dont panic.

write them an email mentioning your reference # and clearly state that you want the address to be changed to below.. trust me in 24 hrs it will be done.

He wants to have his masters and becholar degree attested. Does he needs to send his matric and inter docs as well or no.

Application was delivered in their office on 1st May at 9.31 am. Till yesterday night (India time) system was not able to identify my details.

It was today evening when i tried again and it showed the status as In process. What has happened in last two days? It was weekend.

My ECAS status has been updated to 'In Process"

On clicking 'In Process' link, it says 1. We have recieved your PR application on May 1, 2014

Can anybody help me understand what does that mean?

My status now is "In Process" and details are: 1.We received your application for permanent residence on May 1, 2014.

Actually, I was using a wrong value to login. I was born in saudi Arabia and I tried to login using this, but looks like they care about my nationality and not where I was born.

I received PER on May 30, but I discovered an issue when I log to ECAS. I am Jordanian, but I was born in Saudi Arabia. When I try to login to ECAS, it doesnt authenticate me when I set place of birth as Saudi Arabia. It works only when I set it as Jordan!!! But I was born in Saudi Arabia and this was clear in my birth certificate and all forms I filled. Is this normal? What should I do?
