You only need 67 points to be eligible and you already had 69!...You don't need to send another IELTS again.
Even if you have 100points and you didnt send the right supporting documents, you will be denied.....but if you have 67 points and you sent the right documents with no mistake, you will be accepted.
lesson of my explanation.....Additional two(2) points to your points total will not positively affect your application's eligibility!
You are fine with your original TRF of your IELTS of 22 points!....Don't create un-necessary bottleneck for your application.
Cheers!

Gotcha, I'll stay put then ... Thanks Kollins.

Hope CIC will rain in more CC/DD charges and PER's this week starting from today.
Good hopes for everybody. ;) ;) ;) ;)

Yes your are right and correct, do agree with you.

My WES ECA has wrongly states my Masters Program Length to be 1 year, whereas it is 2 years in actuality.

They however put it as Canadian Masters Equivalency.

How many points I will get in this scenario? 21, 22, 23?

Shall I ask them to correct the program length to 2 years?

WES sees the canadian equivalency only.It depends on the University where you have taken your masters program. The same thing happened with me. My masters program was 3 yrs and WES gave me 2 yrs

Please note the below extract from the Guide

University-level credential at the Master's level OR an entry-to-practice professional degree. CIC only accepts as an entry-to-practice professional degree, those degrees issued in relation to an occupation listed at NOC Skill level A and for which licensing by a provincial regulatory body is required, in one of the following fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine; Dentistry; Podiatry; Optometry; Law; Chiropractic Medicine and Pharmacy.

It does not mention any thing about Master's duration so you are good for 23 points !!

Thanks! So in that case my points will be 23?

My University is USC, Los Angeles. My degree period was 2 years from 2003-2005; so it will not make CIC think mismatch?

Even DD can have issues.. :o

better send another DD from a diff bank OR pay by CC Form to CIO, and ask to replace with this. The chances are slim as CIO may take 6 to 8 weeks for processing and you are at the cusp (with 5 weeks) !

Thank you for the information, I sure hope so because the bank said that if it is not cashed before the 30th of June, it will not be cashed and my application was received on 22 May.

Honestly speaking that is highly irresponsible of your bank. If they had intentions to cancel the service they should have informed you at the time of issuance.
I think the best course of action is to contact your bank directly and inform them of this.. (may be threaten them with legal action ::) )
