Actually that is the email from which you will be receiving your PER notification containing your UCI.

(Minus the spaces obviously )

Woow .. I think your case fits exactly into the 22 point description below. Kudos on the achievement BTW.

Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials is for the completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer.

Just to clarify though that is only if you have included your email address on the form ... but who wouldn't these days !! ;D

My birth certificate was in Hindi I get it translated in english and notarized it but affidavit was not attached, however my secondary school certificate is attached mentioining my D.O.B and my fathers name .Will it be accepted by CIO.

Bro 5 May fee charge is expected to continue today. Even if your fee is already charged you ll get to know only after a couple of days since you have used DD.
Keep checking with your bank about the same.

Well if it was translated by a certified translator and the copy notarized, I am not sure why an affidavit will be required? Plus you have the secondary school certificate. That always helps !!

Should i send notarized copy of experience and relieving letter or should i send original experience and relieving letter from previous employer.

if I remember correctly, CIC website has mentioned to send ORIGINAL experience and relieving letter from previous employer. please let me now sending original experience and relieving letter is required or not
