I have also applied for 2281 and my application reached on 12th May... yet no clue on the application status... on the CIC siste also there is no information reagrding CAP filling status.....

how to fill Fee Payment Form. ??
Section A. 2. Name of payer

in section B. do I need to sign ??

If you are paying, keep it blank else provide the name of payer.

Section B is applicable for only Credit Cardholder. Keep the whole section B blank.

Section A ..2.name of payer(if different from applicant).....you don't need to fill this portion since you have already written your name down as principal applicant in number 1.

Section B....you will not sign the form since you are using DD.
You are expected to sign it if you are using credit card.

As per the FSW 2014 Global Spreadsheet information, 5th of May 2014 is currently in progress for CC charge by CIC, so other dates after 5th of May 2014 may be expected to be charged in the course of this week. if you have not entered your data on the Spreadsheet, please enter them to monitor.

Currently only applicants till 5th May reported CC charged. You have to wait 1 or 2 week more. You can check the trend through here at http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Spreadsheet

Also request you to give your entry in the spreadsheet.

My application arrived in CIC on May 14th. Reading this forum, I just realized that I didn't send any additional documents for my proof of education except WES Report. Should I try to send copy of my diploma, mark sheets or anything else. If I send that today, it will arrive by the end of the week. I'm really not sure what to do.

You are expected to include proof of education in your application package.

You can try sending in your other documents if you are sure CIC will establish a trace of your initial application package sending as much details about the package received as possible.However,your courier company will inform you of when the package should arrive.

If it's Not courier.. or express delv option, then it will take its sweeet time. Most of the National / Department Postal Services are Snail mail
Even their system may Not be updated real -time ! (even if your Appln is delivered it will show in transit at times )

All you can do is wait & pray !

My spouse was born in UAE and her birth certi was issued by Indian Ambassy Dubai..

Her name mentioned in BC is Patel Nilam Mukeshbhai...

I am also going to send her 10 th standard marksheet as DOB proof..her name in marksheet written as Patel Nilam Mukeshbhai...

I am going to send marksheet as i heard that cic does not accept BC issued by Indian Ambassy...

I have also search about how to obtain BC from my home country if the birth is from outiside country but nobody knows about the procedure about the same...

What should i do now???

You should send the notarized copies of both marksheets and diploma certificate.
