Urgent Help needed from forum. I have 4 years of experience as self-employed in last 10 years. What documents should I submit to points for those years. In the checklist its written "documents from 3rd part individual(s) indicating the service provided along with payment details" so my question is whos the 3rd party and what kind of document do I need to get from them. I have my firm's IT returns for those times but I am not getting what actually they are asking for work exp as self employed. Its there in Note in checklist for FSW. Please I do need help on this issues ASAP. Anyone showing self employed exp this year or last year or having any insight into this issue do reply on this issue. WHo's 3rd party? I have been network technician as self employed. What I need to provide? Early reply needed for I need to complete my application. Thanks in Advance

I believe, 3rd party means ur clients/customers from whom u will require to take the ref letter that u used to do (means ur work letter).

Additionally u need to submit the check/any kind of money receipt that u have been given by ur customers as a proof of ur business....


U can take more comments from thread members....

Third parties are your customers or clients who will be ready to give you verifiable evidence that you provide the service/job descriptions.

I have Received my ECA from WES and its written Canadian equivalency summary - BACHELOR'S DEGREE (FOURS YEARS)

is it ok ? Im little bit wondering why its not written - BACHELORS DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Please advise it it acceptable by CIC.

Before the results for your IELTS is out,you will have a perfect picture of what NOC to apply for as there would have been updates by June sending.
As for now,do channel all your positive efforts to see that you and your spouse pass excellently in your IELTS.....and i suggest that both of you write it with a dedication of a principal applicant since the pendulum can shift on either of you to be principal applicant .

is it required for everyone to write "Offer of Arranged Employment category or PhD category"..... even if they dont hv a work offer and/or not part of PhD category.
What should be the address in that case??
should it be just "NOC Category"??

It doesnt matter.
The most important thing is that they acknowledge the fact that its a bachelor degree equivalent to 4 years in canada.
You good to go.

In nepal, Every thing is processed by New Delhi. They are telling that they will follow to Delhi, as you have already done payment u will get in this week but not sure about this. So, where to go with my package, because Nepal BC will not issue by themselves, they have to ask from Delhi.

You have to go British Council in Lainchour Ktm with your application package and request them for the TRF to insert into your package. Prove them ,how serious you are for immigration to Canada by showing your entire application package ,all forms you have filled out,original ECA report and any other relevant documents since they want to confirm that an additional TRF issued by them won't be misused.If they still doubt you,make another request to them to send your application to CIC on their own with TRF. Make sure you will also pay the needed courier charge.Also ,convince them that CIC don't accept TRF directly sent by BC.

If they want to ask regarding your previous TRF with CIC in New Delhi,let them ask soon as time is running out. Dont stay silence,keep knocking them.

Dear Seniors, A query from my end ... I had shipped my package on 29th May, my estimated points then stood at 69. Wherein i had 22 points for my IELTS (L-8,R-7, W-6 and S-8) , I got my latest IELTS outcome on 30th of May and I scored (L-8,R-7,W-7 and S-7.5), this means I can claim additional 2 points (24 points) for Language ability.

Can I mail the latest IELTS TRF to CIC once they acknowledge my application. I can then claim 71 instead of 69 points. Do they entertain receiving revised IELTS scorecard ?

Guys i have one question , i have to apply for the background verification from FBI may i know from where you get you fingure prints done in India ( as tey are asking the fingure prints from professionals ) , i dont want them to return my form , please guide me as RFE in US is more painful then getting rejected ..just kidding .

Hi, you can approach the US embassy in your country to assist with a list of trusted/accredited agencies for this purpose.
