Hi seniors. My husband applied as principal applicant last 2011 under NOC 1122 unfortunately the cap was reached so fast and our application was returned with an assigned UCI number . Since 2004, my husband has been handling HUman resources up to present day too . However , during the 2011 application he filed, he did not indicate his Human rsources function , thinking that there was no demand for this NOC anyway and he was performing dual functions at that time ( operations and human resources ) He wants to file his application this month under Human resources manager experience but wants to put his experience since 2004-present. Will that be in conflict with the application he filed 2011 where he indicated 1122 NOC and did not mention his Human resources job way back 2004 ? Will he be eligible for 2004 - present in terms of work experience. Or just 2011- present ? Need to maximize eligibility points . Pls advise .

If your roles are supervisory in nature, you should be able to. Please check at http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=1212 to find out your roles match with the NOC's role.

Guys, Do we need employer seal/ Stamp on Reference letter? I have taken reference letter from supervisor, but he do not have authority to seal it with company stamp. please reply

It should be sealed or stamped with organisation's official seal or stamp. One more thing Reference letter should be from authorised person only. In case they inquire for genuineness of letter the authorised person would answer properly.

I have already applied to novascotia but my file reached nsoi on 03 april 2014 and till i havent heard anything from them.
what should be the answer of column 6(d) ,schedule A back groun declaration question:been refuged refugee status, an immigrant or application to pnp . Yes or No
also in column 6 (e) been refused admission to or orderded to leave. yes or no.
and in last box stating if your answer is yes please provide details.
Should i show that i have applied to ns pnp?

I am a single applicant have to show $11824 as proof of fund.
I have Rs 6,60000 (/55) = $12000 is it fine or i need to show some more ??

It is totally fine.

But Forex rate fluctuate regularly so add some more fund to bare the forex fluctuation difference.
You can add more fund later on also. Right now you can send the application with this amount.

Yes, he can apply. Just ensure that what he said last time, those should stay. So his roles will be:
HR manager roles + roles he claimed last time.

Ensure that, his HR Manager roles constitutes around 80% of roles of the NOC's described roles. He can even categorizes his role as:

A. Roles playing as Human Resource Manager (NOC Code 0112):

As youe application is at processing state and you have never been refused, write NO for both cases.

No dear Employment reference letter must be in original and other documents e.g. appointment letter, promotion letter, increment letter are true copied photo copy required.

check the document checklist for the same.

in addition to bhaviks explanation. .let the referrer know. That it can be case he. She can get call to verify the same frm embassy.

According to the document checklist, stamp/seal is required if applicable. Yes, it is better to have it; but if someone misses it, he should not loose sleep for this.

Dear Seniors,

Is there any issue if the passport number is different at the time of submission and when the CIO reviewed the original document. My passport will be due for renewal in March 2015 and I will be given new passport number.

Can I proceed to apply with my current passport? What is the process to update my new passport number when it is ready?
