he has written ..verified true copy of original and seen wth his name signature n seal with reg no. N date.

is thay okay??

Their are good chances that CIC rejects your docs since it is no where mentioned that you can get it attested through mbbs doctor.

As per cic procedure, it is better if you get everything attested through public notary. In India, it is quiet easy & cheap to get docs attested. SO better get it attested through public notary.

Hey, attestation is not mandatory. Doing attestation by doctor will not invalidat the copies. There is zero chance for rejection for this reason.

Delivery to Sydney takes SO DAMN LONG!

I tried FedEx from Boston, US and they said it'll take 4 days. UPS said 3 days, but in the evening. WTF?

Anyone wanna share how long it took to deliver from their city?

I have some important queries related to my friend who has posted his application on 5th May 2014 and his application was received by CIC on 9th May 2014:

My friend had sent DD of CAD 1100 for me and my wife and his son was born on 24th March 2014 but his son was admitted to hospital for more than a month because it was a pre-mature delivery and my friend was able to get his sons’s birth certificate only in the month of May around 15th May, suppose he gets PER in next 2 weeks provided his DD is en-cashed.

What should my friend do to include his son in his application after PER, shall he send additional CAD 150 along with new forms filled(which forms do he need to submit)?
Also, can he resubmit the revised proof of funds with more investments as Fixed Deposit?

His VO is New Delhi and which forms do he need to include for adding his son's name in my application?

My friend did not had any intention to hide any information about his son's birth from CIC but due to emergency circumstances at the time of filing application he did not mention his son's name(naming ceremony was on 8th May 2014), only after naming ceremony he got the Birth certificate for his son from Municipal Corporation. Will NDVO will consider his situation and include his son's name in his application after PER?

Hello everyone,

I have worked under one NOC for 3 different companies, so my question is, should I list them as 3 separate entities on 12.B or should I sum up the amount I have worked and list them as a single entry?

Also, is any of the NOCs full yet?

1.List them out in separate lines since you will probably have 3 experience letters regarding them.

2.There is no update yet......until there is an update by CIC before can determine that.
My personal opinion is that no NOC is full yet.

also how can i explain..its ok to write that i have applied with my family for USA visitor visa in so and so (year) and i was refused. visa officer had put 'deleted ' stamp on 2nd page of my old passport.

Hi seniors. My husband applied as principal applicant last 2011 under NOC 1122 unfortunately the cap was reached so fast and our application was returned with an assigned UCI number . Since 2004, my husband has been handling HUman resources up to present day too . However , during the 2011 application he filed, he did not indicate his Human rsources function , thinking that there was no demand for this NOC anyway and he was performing dual functions at that time ( operations and human resources ) He wants to file his application this month under Human resources manager experience but wants to put his experience since 2004-present. Will that be in conflict with the application he filed 2011 where he indicated 1122 NOC and did not mention his Human resources job way back 2004 ? Will he be eligible for 2004 - present in terms of work experience. Or just 2011- present ? Need to maximize eligibility points . Pls advise .

He will be eligible for any experience he has in his last 10 years.
Let him evaluate his highest academic qualification and also write his IELTS test since 2011 guideline seems different from current guidelines.
I'm sure he can start preparation.....he will get the needed help from this forum.

They are suppose to give a refusal letter where you should be able to find the reason as well as UCI.

For UCI, if you don't have the letter and forget it, keep it blank. CIC themselve will give it for you.

For the rejection reson, if you don't have the letter, yes, you can write that. Also, you can add that your refusal letter has been lost so specefic reason cannot be given.

Generally the refusal letter contain reasons like 1. intention for not coming back 2. fail to show adequate fund 3.unemployed at origin country 4.misreprentation 5.travel history is not convincing enugh etc. etc.

No dear Employment reference letter must be in original and other documents e.g. appointment letter, promotion letter, increment letter are true copied photo copy required.

check the document checklist for the same.

He's right,photocopies of reference letter is required for submission with your application package.
