Can anyone help me here.

I still have not appeared for IELTS and have not dates before 10th July. Will I still be able to apply for PR ship if I apply after 30th July. and will my application for NOC 2132 be accepted after that. how much the possibility is of my application for acceptance.

Yes, do it. I applied first week of August last year and only just missed cap by 2 weeks for a hot doc. This year the cap is 1000 instead of 300 so I think you have a good chance.

Is there anywhere else you can travel to do the ielts quicker? I drove 3 hours for mine as the wait in London was too long.

CIO sends a communication that implies that all documents are in order and you have scored required 67 marks. Your file is ready to be sent to local visa office selected by you.

This communication is known as PER.

SBI mentioned that they have no way to check the status of the Forex DD issued.

Well if your application is found to be in order (such as all required signatures affixed and all mandatory documents provided and all forms properly filled) then CIC will charge your CC / DD and send you PER (which will also contain UCI Number)
