I have a question regarding to WES

1) Where do i need to send application, please let me know if below address is correct.

Sounds right. When you created an account in WES, there is a pdf file that needs to be enclosed with the official transcripts. The address is mentioned there.

In dhaka onubad one translator translate the document and sign it then one advocate who is also authorized to notary any document sign with a seal of "AUTHENTICATED". so dont be worried. translation and authentication done separate person. its ok

Thanks brother, but do you know how to get an affidavit from translator? how is it done in your home country?

as per the guide notarized translation is not enough, need to get affidavit from translator also . This is tough

Can NCC do credential assessment for Doctors or i need to go through WES?

How come they charge your CC and return your file after?
I thought CIC does not charge the uncompleted files. Did the reimburse you later?

I applied in 2012 also, that time it was charged even forms were stapled.

Yes money was paid back after 2 months. They do not charge you if they do not give you PER.
