Hello Guys,

I just realized that I committed not one but two blunders:

1. I did not place the bar codes on top of the application. I just had them in the order they were generated in the pdf file.
2. The address I mentioned was as below:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category or Arranged Employment Category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: 2174
Centralized Intake Office
PO BOX 7500
Sydney, NS
B1P 0A9
Canada

I did not remove the ' or Arranged Employment Category' from the address. I though I removed it but now when I checked the shipping label I realized that I forgot to remove it.

My application reached on 21st May and I am not sure if mine will be included in the FSW category due to the address I mentioned.

Any idea experts on what would happen to my application?

Dear Brother,

Both of them are not blunder....

i have done the same thing in my case..

Kept the generic form as per the form order and the address written as u wrote...

infact several applicants like me did the same on FSW13 and none of us has affected ...

So stay calm buddy... 8) 8)

Everything will be fine for sure...:)

Good luck

Hi,

My application is ready to be sent in next 3 - 4 days but I lost baby Birth Certificate (Original/Photocopy). Local municipal office in Karachi are out-of-papers and saying to wait for 10 days to issue duplicate.

What can be workaround to resolve this? Will it be enough If I provide following supporting documents.

1. Baby Hospital Birth Certificate (stating Father / Mother names and Date of Birth)
2. Baby NADRA(Government) B Form (stating his Full Name, DoB, NIC# + Mather/Father names and NIC)
3. Baby Passport (stating his Full Name, Date of Birth and his NIC #)

Please guide.

Do they still have a filled QUOTA by NOC update every few days? They used to have it back in 2011 but I can't find it no more. It was useful to check. Would tell you if it's worth applying or not.

In addition to these documents, try to get a sworn affidavit to declare the baby's birthdate.....it will go a long way in clarifying issues with CIC officers.
Cheers.

I dont think it matters which campus (M'bai or Canada) you attend for your classes/exams. You did not mention if your MBA degree is awarded by Indian University or Toronto University ?

Couple of things here guys -

1. I completed my M.B.A degree which is a 2 year course (formally), however our course was expedited and we did first 6 months in mumbai SP JAIN and 1 year in Toronto.

What should i mark in following questions -

1. Do you have Canadian education credential - i marked yes, submitting a xerox of M.B.A degree and marksheet printscreen from university, if needed i can order a transcript direct to CIC. Also attached 10th 12th and b.tech degree and marksheet xerox. NO ECA report needed.

2. Have you completed a 2 year secondary / post secondary from Canada.

I should mark yes coz it is a 2 year degree, howrver safe is NO coz i stayed there for 1 year for education however the degree is officially 2 year degree, what should i mark coz in stay information my total number of days won't go over 365 since i stayed 1 year only for study permit there.

About the job, the company i worked from 2009-2012 is not existing on same address anymore, however i know my senior who is in Infosys.

So, i have attached the following -

Xerox of -
Offer letter, relieving letter, letter of responsibilities stamped and xeroxed, SALARY stubs for 5 months

Also, i worked full time from July 2009-Dec 2011 before joining MBA working part time from Jan - July 2013. Do you think i need to get this thing mentioned somewhere, if yes where ?

I am thinking to attach a letter signed by my senior in this format -

What else should i attach with this ?

Also confirm if birth certificate should go in original or not.
