CC Charged.
WOWWWW!!!

I think I am the first one from the spreadsheet to be charged. Just a minute ago, I found a transaction CITIZENSHIP & IMM FS SYDNEY CAN.

Keeping the promise to @ Shah2014 and posting this message in red..
Apologies to @ rajaram for not trusting his news on CC charged in the first place. Maybe, my anxiety did not make me believe it too soon.
Good luck to All :)

are you applying from USA?

Dear members,
Question regarding settlement Funds

My brother is applying for FSW'14. He is working in canada on work permit but its not a permanent job so cant be considered as arranged employement. I want to ask whether he still need to show settlement funds although he is getting salary from canada and settled in a rented appartment.

at CIC it is mentioned that
You do not have to show that you have these funds if:
you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada.

Looking forward for someone's idea/suggestion.

Thanks

Administrators of the spreadsheet:

I just noted that there are several entries on the spreadsheet that have cells with the words FIX-ME in them. Could you fix them please, as I believe they are due to the formulas for the respective cells not functioning properly.

Thanks

@gs 123

Congratulations on getting your CC charged! :) You mention in a previous post that you are an Indian national currently working in the US. If you don't mind me asking, what is your reason for deciding to want to leave the US for Canada?(I have heard of many people leaving the US for Canada. Since you are the first person that I get a chance to ask that question, I am asking so). I perfectly understand if you feel this is a personal question and don't want to answer

Thanks. Not too personal question but still responded with a PM, not to go off the topic here...Good luck! :)

@ rajaram and other members here

Rajaram's views about number of people in spreadsheet .. are very pessimistic probably due to the over anxiety but we cant rule out also..
I remember I had also posted similar but not that level of pessimism involved in it , but, yes percentage
can be very low in the range of [1 to 5] % only for software 2171/2/3/4 series and Financial occupation 1111/22 etc.., as an example I gave the link example of FSW2011 and here is link again ..when seats got filled for cap of 500 for 1122 , in just one week only !!!,

https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?hl=fil&key=ta42WhwIcY6cGnGfJrt6wAw&hl=fil#gid=0

so this time people can imagine
how fast it can get filled possibly in just one week again upto 7th may only !!

Mine is 9.31 am. If in last 4-5 working days cicis charging files recd during first few hours of first day, we can imagine that our forum is just 0.1% of the global applicants. I fear that all calculations/ estimates of cap filling dates will go for toss

so u mean that it's really possible that NOCs 217x and 111x got filled up already last May 15? I hope it's not, hehehe

I sent my application through DHL on 22 may 2014. and it reached Sort facility New York on 25 May. and track history still shows the sort facility new York from last 2 day. any one having same problem who apply on or after 22 may 2014.

@gs123

Thanks a lot for responding to my question (I tried to reply using PM, but my PM screen kept on freezing). Your reasons for opting to go to Canada instead of the US make perfect sense. I noted that your processing office is CPP-O. Hopefully, you'll get your visa before the end of the year.

Very best of luck to you!

in 2011 business related NOC has only 500 cap in one category. but this year its 10000. cause this year business related NOC categories are 10. so i think except 1112 other NOCs are safe this year.
I think 2174 is the hottest category this year.

another thing here we should consider. from 2013 CIC's new rules more stringent than 2011. we have to complete ECA and new IELTS break down everything has some effect on it.
